Tonight was our 2nd time eating at Crudo and once again everything was amazing. We started with the crispy octopus which was flavorful and tender. It was recommended to us by the server and another couple we ended up talking to seated next to us, and it was truly a fantastic recommendation. My husband had the Wagyu steak which was better than any local steakhouse in the area and I had the Lobster Roll which was sweet, tender, and juicy. The service was impeccable and Crudo offers a quant, quiet atmosphere. If you haven’t been, you are missing out on the best restaurant Bluffton has to offer.

This was the second time we've been here and we came to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. We find crudo to be just what the doctor ordered. The food is incredible as it's fresh, delicious, and the presentation is amazing! If you are reading this and haven't been here, then you definitely need to give this place a try. The drinks are also amazing. There are several countries in the world where you think of foods that don't relate to their coastline. As Crudo translates to raw in Italian (in Spanish as well), it's no surprise there is a heavy influence of seafood based dishes on the menu. If you're looking for a simple chicken dish then this probably isn't the place for you. From the most tender octopus you've ever had, to the sushi, the raw bar, ceviche, the seafood towers and the wagyu New York strip, you won't be disappointed.

Love the cozy atmosphere, amazing food, vast wine list and attentive service. From start to end it was a wonderful experience.

Solid date night at CRUDO. Very nice cocktail and wine list, most items on the menu were good. Unfortunately they were out of several items on the menu (incl the boar ragu) which seemed very odd for a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. Portions were not huge for the price of several items.

Nice meal & interesting cocktails. They were out of 3 menu items but still a good selection. Lobster roll tapas was delicious with plenty of lobster. Wasn't a fan of the edamame. Decent wine selection. Service was sluggish...maybe they were short staffed? We will go back. It was enjoyable overall.

There was one cook in the kitchen. Our entrees took over an hour. They were good but the portion was tiny. The wait staff (there were only 2) were hustling but could not keep up with the crowd. Ordered dessert to go and had to wait another 30 min for them to cut a piece of cake. Not going back

This was our third visit to Crudo. We came to get oysters, as they usually have them from different places. They didn't disappoint! Cleaned very well. But the rest of the menu is awesome also! We love the sushi!

Friendly staff, great food. Only issue was that all entrees were not served at the same time for the 5 of us - about 10 minutes apart from when the 1st one was served to the last one.

Such a wonderful experience! From the first handcrafted cocktail to the last, we so enjoyed every aspect. The bartender is very talented and has designed a great cocktail list. My husband enjoyed his take on the Manhattan - the wagyu-influenced bourbon was delicious. Elevated service - all recommendations from the tuna to the salmon and octopus were great. Save room for the strawberry cake - true cream cheese icing. I wish I was local so I could visit Crudo weekly.

The ahi tuna appetizer was good. The wine was good. Wild boar ragu very good, would order again. The lobster roll was overcooked, the roll was toasted and dry, very little butter. At $42 it was overpriced and had no flavor

First visit to Crudo. The service was a bit slow, but the food was delicious!! Raw oysters, bait buns and sushi amazing. We will take friends for a return visit.

Arrived early for our 6.15p dinner reservation at the bar. Restaurant was busy, bar was full and the bartender took our drink order after 15m. Got drinks and ordered a small plate lobster roll and 2 sushi rolls. 45m later and one more glass of wine, no food and we decided to leave. Meanwhile the guests next to us ordered multiple items and received food prior to us. We are local and hadnt been to Crudo since it opened, so we decided to give it a try again. Unfortunately there's no compelling reason to go back.
