We have not been to this DQ location in over a year and were pleasantly surprised to learn of new ownership! The service, food and rapid delivery of the food was infinitely better this time. If you are in the mood for some ice cream, Blizzards or tasty treats…I highly recommend this location. Thank you for the excellent experience DQ of Bluffton!

It's a great place if it's the only ice cream shop in town.

Great! The staff was friendly and nice. Our order was ready quickly and it was made correctly. They now have chocolate soft serve, this location has really improved since last visits!
This store is clearly trying to cut cost and gives small servings and doesn’t add much toppings to the blizzards. For a typical DQ experience, look elsewhere. Even when I brought it to staff’s attention he claimed it was not the case.
There are lots of DQ’s, choose another to get what you expect and your money’s worth!

“I have worked at Dairy Queen for a very long time and we have never sold smoothies” he argued with me on this when I use to buy smoothies from there a few years ago. Looked on there site and it literally sells smoothies. Totally get it if they didn’t anymore and I would have ordered something else but I certainly didn’t want a milk shake lol got me heated enough to write my first google review ever lol

just went for a quick Sundae. The individual working the drive through was a little difficult to understand.
NEW OWNERS. I’ve stayed away from this dq in disappointment for so long. I’m happy to share that the owners actually care, they started participating in the blizzard of the month, and they have quick kind service.
Wonderful staff very knowledgeable and very accommodating. It was a pleasure being sent by these friendly people.
