Domino's Pizza

Manger was extremely rude to me and was so lazy that when I asked for Parmesan and red pepper I was just told “ain’t got it”. Also I paid twice what I should’ve even tho I placed an online order, but after arguing with the manager whom was also the only employee at the store for 2 mins I just didn’t care and paid the almost 35 dollars for my order that should’ve been 13 dollars. I’ve never had as bad of an experience like this ever at dominos, as almost every other location I’ve been to not only in the country, but in the world was better than this. I would’ve thought that a dominoes in such a vacation destination as Hilton head that staff would’ve been superior to most, but I guess I was wrong. You’re better off going to Pizza Hut or papa John’s here, they at least care enough to give you Parmesan.

Made an order and waiting almost 2 hours for it to be delivered. Tried calling the store and the workers keep cutting the phones off. If you're short staff please don't take delivery orders then, customers won't know what's going on on your end. Need proper customers service skill !!!! Yall need to do better.
Worsttttt location ever!!

Came here during my lunch break. Terrible experience at this Domino’s. I ordered pasta, and it was a complete disaster—no sauce, undercooked noodles, and barely any toppings. I called the store to get it fixed and spoke with an employee who was rude, unapologetic, and hung up on me before I could even provide my information. When I tried calling back, no one answered. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere!

Ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago and was quoted 30 minutes! It finally got there over 3 hrs later. Unfortunately the pizza was not worth the wait at all ;(

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT make a order for delivery here!!!

Give this place a second try, they are under new management, food was great!

This branch is terrible, My pizza was made wrong and when called to complain they hung up and when I tried to call back I was hung up on. The people that work here are awful people with ZERO customer service. Food is badly made and the staff are very rude people. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH and if you do then that's on you. You been warned this branch is TERRIBLE in every way.

We had delivery and it was a bit slow but pizza was great and much improved from several years ago. Would order from them again.

Ordered a cheese pan pizza, showed up barely cut with almost no cheese….

I've tried ordering delivery here twice. There definitely won't be a third time. If you want pizza from this Domino's location, do yourself a favor and choose carryout instead of delivery. Their current delivery driver is worthless.

Wings seem boiled but there's black flecks of stuff in the buffalo sauce. Kind of gross.
