Ordered a pizza and waited for well over an hour. Tracker said it was on the way at 6:28. Called store and waited for 45 minutes for an answer. Was then told our pizza order had not yet been started and they did not have the toppings we ordered.

Some lady took our order, the staff remade the order no questions asked and gave us a free item. Mind you this was 6pm on a Saturday, they were absolutely slammed but they still maintained a friendly demeanor and prioritized our order. Also I included a lil fit pic in this review for da fans.

I ordered 2 pizzas. I've been waiting for an hour and a half and still no pizza.

I went today to ordered ONE pizza it took an hour to figure out if they have my pizza or not. At this point I only wanted my money back and they even gave me my money back missing 10$ I left. And the manger or whoever was in “charge” giving attitude like if it was my fault. No pizza, no money back, wasted 1 hour for nothing.

This store's delivery service is terrible. This is the second time we haven't received our order from this branch. Customer service is awful. If you're hungry on a Friday, this isn't the place.

30 minutes behind schedule with no updates or compensation. 1 guy showed up to work ..

Hours posted say you are open until midnight. We placed an order at 10p online, got charged on my credit card and when we got to the store at 1015 the store was closed with no employees to fulfill orders... us as well as 3 other guests had this exact same experience

I came there 11:30 and the girl working there now locked the doors and said she isn’t serving people anymore which is crazy because the store closed 12:00am if you don’t like your job then maybe don’t work it !!!! I am angry ‼️ yall need to hire better people it’s a shame how many lazy people don’t want to work and I bet if she did make a pizza it would’ve taste bad and it would’ve been rushed it’s unbelievable and yall won’t be getting any of my money and I’ll be sure to take action‼️

Very disappointed with Dominos - you’ve really skimped on the toppings. 3 pieces of a mushroom on my large pizza, barely any bacon or sausage and NO tomato sauce. Could only taste the crust and cheese. Tasted terrible. Cutting corners like this will only lose you customers from repeat business. Looking online now I see the poor reviews and low rating. You’ll need to do better to get business from our community.

Got the order completely wrong. Probably my fault for not checking the boxes before I left. I guess I assumed you could make a pizza correctly.
