A few weeks ago I had a takeout order and it spilled out in my car. Not only did they replace my order free of charge but brought out napkins to help me clean up knowing I had two small children in the backseat. This is true customer service - above and beyond! Used to love this place….me and a neighbor ordered food. Supposed to be Ready at 6:05. Everything except a salad was ready, and we waited until 6:35 for a salad! The salad didn’t have any meat on it. $6 for something that wasn’t there. Had to ask for extra. The “pepperoni” pizza is cheese with a couple. We used to love it but probably not going back now.
Every time I take a trip to Hilton Head I order pizza from Dough Boys, usually more than once during my stay. This place has the perfect cheese pizza, and a very friendly staff. I highly recommend eating here!
