Super awesome atmosphere! We had a delightful server! We arrived very late, as we were just arriving from a 9-hour drive. We sat down at 9:15 pm and they treated us like it was 7 pm. I am sure they were tired, but the entire staff was friendly! The food was top notch! We enjoyed a spilt large, and the amazing meatball sliders. Definitely add this to places to try, if you are in the mood for pizza/calzones!

To be honest, the pizza is very bland. The sausage and sauce were so bland that all I tasted was charred cheese. Not great cheese at that either unfortunately.

Very disappointing dinner. We started off with garlic knots, which were more like dough balls with a dash of garlic powder on them. We ordered an Italian sub and it was absolutely drenched with balsamic to the point it was not even edible. In addition we ordered the ziti alfredo with chicken and broccoli and that was also drenched in the sauce and was more like a soup than a pasta. I never write reviews, but had to give feedback on this experience. We were so looking forward to trying this place based on all the rave reviews, but it truly disappointed.

Update: Spoke with Chris who was wonderful! He was apologetic made things right. We will go back to give things another try!

A few weeks ago I had a takeout order and it spilled out in my car. Not only did they replace my order free of charge but brought out napkins to help me clean up knowing I had two small children in the backseat. This is true customer service - above and beyond! Thank you for making a challenging parenting moment easier for me. I deeply appreciate your kindness! :) My kids and I always enjoy our pizza at Dough Boys - a fun family friendly atmosphere, great food and good prices! :)
