This used to be my favorite place to go get coffee. I went every day religiously. The last few months a lot of the workers have been rude, uninterested, and not what they used to be. And the drinks aren’t as good either. Switched to a different coffee shop.

I dont know what the owners og this location are doing but its not working! It cant be the people they hire because theres a new person every time i come up to the window. They always have an attitude, get my order wrong, i stopped going here for myself because it was so bad. And when i unfortunately have to go to this location for someone its never a good experience.

I ordered a large cold brew they made me a small and charged me for a small. I told them I ordered large. To get a large they wanted to charge me for a medium in addition to the small price I already paid. They said a small and med equal a large. Maybe in volume but not in price a large does not cost $9.00.
Prices on price board are not the prices they charge. I don’t know about SC but in other states u must charge the printed price.

Inside closed due to lack of help. Drive thru not fast either. When inside closed you also get shafted on no refills. Not the best Dunkin experience to date.

Took forever to get the food even though my wife and I were the only ones in the lobby (took 15-20 minutes to get the food). Food was OK. We ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 orders of hash browns - 1 pack of hash browns were placed on top of the sandwiches in the bag while the other two packs were smashed under the sandwiches at the bottom of the bag. Thought we were shorted 2 hash browns and when asked the person who packed our bag said they were under the sandwiches. Like why would you do that with hash browns of all things.

Nasty inside, the coffee tasted burnt & like it was 2 days old. They didnt have the syrups for anything I wanted & the drink I did get didnt even taste the correct ingredients were added. It was just gross & had to pour it out.
I ve tried more than once to support this location. It is the worse staffed DD I’ve ever been in. I have been to many.
The young people at drive thru are not well trained or just don’t care how they project themselves. The order is also a problem as they just are sloppy in handling orders. I swore this is my last try!!!

Absolutely love the staff. Especially Lauren, she really knows how to make your day brighter. She works very hard and shows love to everyone. I also love the owner she is amazing too! I go there every day and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Went to get afternoon drinks and ordered ahead to get the points and use the card on file to pay through the app.
Had a Coolata recently while in New England and thought that was so good I am going to splurge and get one today! Ordered on the app for the drive thru which was the only available option...
Got to the drive through to give them the order name as usual and they say we don't have any Coolata's as our machine is broken and they don't plan to fix it...WAIT! WHAT?!?!?
Got to the window then and said we'll just refund my almost $6 and they said we can't you have to do it through the app or call. Well, alright. $6 is $6!
So o ask about the machine and was told they have asked them to take it off the menu and app for a while because corporate won't fix it. Again, excuse me? We are in the south and it's 84°F. Fix the damn machine!
What a headache. Whose laziness and inability to care is responsible for not having working equipment or getting it off of the menu if that is really what is easiest for the store.

Stopped by the Dunkin’ (4/13/25) in Bluffton, SC, and had one of the most unexpectedly fun drive-thru experiences! The young lady working the window was full of energy, super friendly, and had a great sense of humor that instantly brightened my morning. It’s rare to have such a genuinely positive and memorable interaction while grabbing coffee, but she made it happen. Great customer service with a personal touch—definitely coming back!
They were out of croissants but doing their best to accommodate/recommend other substitutes. They were pretty busy but they were well staffed, attentive, and moving at a good pace.
