As a customer who is at dd almost everyday I was disappointed when told I could not get a large coffee . I could only get medium or xlarge. They had no cups. Why they were not able to place a large into a xtra large cup. I left and went to the hhi dd.

Used the app to order a walk-in/pickup. Still had to wait in the line and watch them pick my order despite the app saying it was ready. Got home and had 11 donuts in a dozen donut order… Not a great experience. Maybe just go to a grocery store and pick your own.
Says open, but doors are still locked a 6:02am. Crazy, I've came in here before multiple times before 6 am. I guess the employees today decided they're not opening the inside.
Edited to 1 star. Manager is a complete douchebag. Do better, Dunkin.

Showed up to have breakfast this morning like the last few times this past week, and the employee working told us we had to leave that the lobby wasn't open. We left and will not be back to this location. It was so rude and a bad start to our work day. If the drive thru was crazy crowded I could understand but we were literally his ONLY customers.
Was just there, someone was in front of us, she told us she was waiting for a while and finally someone came. She took the lady’s order then she asked my friend and I if we were picking up an order and we said no we were ordering, and she just walked away. We thought that was very rude so we decided not to stay to order. We would have understood if she would communicated to “hold for a minute.” It’s not good customer service to walk away from a paying guest. Unfortunately we will not be going there again.

The new sandwich with the hot honey was not good...the brioche bun was way too big for what they put on it. Never will order again! The burnt church location is usually well staffed. Most know what they're doing..but, I stopped ordering my coffee with special instructions because it always gets messed up. Not sure why when I use the app and it's in black and white print..overall they do a decent job

So incredibly disappointed. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years. I get five-10 dozen per week. Every visit is worse than the last. Today is my day off and I wanted glazed and Bavarian donuts for myself and an order of snacking bacon. There was so much grease it got everywhere. It’s all the bed the box of donuts and the seat of my car. It was literally running out of the bag. The donuts taste like they are a week old and have virtually no glaze and no chocolate frosting. Yesterday it was pure chaos in the store. No one knew what they were doing. They sent customers back and forth from one end of the counter to the other over and over again. The staff seemed untrained and overwhelmed. There was no process, no efficiency and no sense of urgency. People cannot wait half an hour on donuts. I feel bad for the delivery drivers trying to pick up orders. They were treated so poorly. Everyone is trying to make a living. Snapping at your customers and disrespecting their time is not the way to build clientele. This location, in Bluffton, has been “hiring” a manager for seven years. I know plenty of qualified individuals who have applied and never been contacted. You would think they would have figured out by now, that you get what you pay for in a manager. Do better Dunkin!

Dirty tables and floors early in the morning. The sausage biscuit was okay but the 6 piece hash brown was missing a piece and was warm and soggy, just disappointing. The staff was very loud, yelling at each other and playing very loud music which is probably why they were yelling.

Went through the drive thru recently and got a dozen of donuts and an iced coffee. A wonderful young lady by the name of Madison talked to me over the speaker and she has wonderful customer service skills. The drive thru time was very fast, as it only took me 1 minute to receive my order from the restaurant. I give Dunkin’ Donuts at Burnt Church Road 6/5 stars. I WILL be returning again.

So tonight my fiancé goes to pick up an order we placed on line at the Burnt Church Rd location in Bluffton SC . When she pulled up to speaker the homeboy said “What’s Good”. Over the speaker!!She was confused by the ghetto slang but continued on. Upon arrival at the window they conducted the transaction and he say ok “You Straight” When did the slang of the current degenerates become popular on the drive thru speaker??? There were a few more comments made but I don’t want come across as something the Karen’s will light up so I’ll say this. This is way too common in your stores. I see it all the time. They sit behind the window and glare at you like I’m disturbing their break. Get rid of these post Covid practices. We’re tired of it!!!!!!!!!’

I hate writing negative reviews but I’ve basically given up on this location. I’ve gone here for years and it just keeps going downhill. I’m originally from Boston and I assure you this is NO northeasterly Dunkin. Basic coffee on point but something as simple as a plain bagel with cream cheese is not. I’ve found much better options nearby for both coffee and food…?

I’m not the type of person to leave a negative review. Or even any review for that matter. The service here is pretty terrible. The staff works incredibly slow, every coffee or latte I have recieved from them has been wildly different in not only taste but consistency. Sometimes it’s milk with a hint of coffee and other times it tastes like they scooped the leftover coffee out of the drain. On multiple occasions I will place a mobile order more than 20 minutes before I arrive and either their lobby isn’t open or the line has 20 cars in it. I have to get to work and don’t have time to wait 30 minutes for a coinflip on a coffee. I wish there was a manager that would whip this place into shape because they are the only reasonable option for a lot of people. Get on top of your employees or get new ones.

Pretty upset, won’t lie. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. I stopped at the drive thru of this location at 6:40pm to get my granddaughter a sprinkled donut. Online site says they close at 7pm. She was so excited to get her treat but when I got to the speaker, the woman said hello. I asked for a sprinkled donut. She said “sorry we’re closed” I said but it says 7pm. She said “ well we’re closed” . Not exactly what I expected to hear. This isn’t the first time I was met with horrible service but this was just the icing on the cake.
