ABSOLUTELY NASTY! Bugs & gnats everywhere! Flying all over the food, trash had been sitting for days with mold growing on it, drink machine was nasty & didnt work, standing water & food all over the floor, place smelled like a dead animal. Asked for our money back & left! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

I’ve tried to dine at this restaurant at least once a week for 3 weeks. Each time according to their hours on Google and posted on their door they should be open for business, however they are always closed .I personally feel as though this is a bad way to run a business. It truly is sad because on the rare occasion this location is actually open the food and service are very good. If it is in fact a staffing problem ( people not wanting to come to work) hire employees that actually want to come to work and do their job. It really is sad to see restaurants being tab this way.

Literally never open during their normal operating hours. They need to change the time on their website and the door if they’re going to keep closing several hours early.

I ordered food at 1pm for 4pm. They were open at 1pm and when I went to get my food at 4pm, they were closed. Company will not make it right. This is the absolute worst place to ever get food and I sincerely hope that it closes down. Food is disgusting and service is even worse. Do us all a favor and give up.

Placed an online order two weeks ago and paid over $30 for our meal. Went to pick it upand the store was closed. I've been trying to reach the store and corporate through phone and email and they have yet to make it right.

STILL no response or refund from the restaurant. Received am email from Firehouse corporate marketing team member on 7/17, promising a response from the store shortly. Zero response or refund to date.

Original Review (7/17/2025):
Placed an order on their app, got to the store at 6:30pm on a Thursday evening to pick up and the store was closed. No sign, no indication of why it was closed. I already paid for my order via their app, so I guess I just wait for their customer support to issue a refund? Definitely won't be visiting again.

I’ve been here twice in the last few months. Only gotten to eat here once. The first time i showed up at about 1:30 and the sign on the door said they were closed till 3pm. Today i was happy to see they were open and there was only 2 people waiting that had already ordered. With no line i waited almost 10 minutes to place my order. And couldn’t even order what i wanted because of everything they were out of. No turkey no roast beef no brisket. It truly limits how many items are on the menu. You could tell the staff was trying to be friendly and trying there best being there are only 2 of them here but you can tell they are unhappy with the situation. Seams like management needs to be looked at a little more closely. If you are missing even straws for cups it should be a sign that someone is clearly not placing orders when they need to. Once i got my sandwich what i was forced to order because it was one of the few items available it came out looking sad. Subway quality with firehouse prices

I ordered online because the store was supposed to be open. Paid 18 bucks and the store is closed when I get there for no apparent reason. Why does this place close at random times? You might as well put your business hours as “whenever I feel like being open”. I know it’s only 18 dollars, but just because of that I’m never coming back here out of principal.

Placed an order on their app and paid, drove 20 minutes to go get it and they are closed. No sign as to why. I tried to contact support on their app and it won't even let you talk to anyone, just says they will email you in 24-48 hours. So, I guess I am just out the money until they (maybe) decide to reach out to me. Then, I saw on Google where multiple people have been reporting this location randomly closing or not being open for the past several months. Never again. I will not be returning.

The last four time I’ve come it’s been closed with a note on the door saying sorry for the inconvenience, was told they started closing at five because nobody was coming to work, last week I went at at three forty five and the same note on the door, you used to have excellent subs and the place always seemed clean and the workers were nice enough, what the heck has happened, does the owner ever come to see what’s going on? And the door does need to be fixed so it closes.

This location is hardly ever open. In the middle of the day it just closes. One night we came for dinner and the door was ajar and the lights were off and it was empty but the door was wide open. Then we rolled up here today on a Sunday afternoon and the door was open about half a foot and by the time we parked and got out and to the door; it had been shut and locked. They were inside and just staring at us. What? Why? This is the poorest ran store I’ve ever seen.
