Firehouse Subs Low Country Village

Steak and Cheese was delicious and ready on time.

came with my friend and the staff ignored us and joked around with each other until my friend had to ask to come take her order (ab 10 minutes) the girl(blonde with glasses) ignored the people who came in after us too and was extremely rude like we were all an inconvenience to her.

Came in to order takeout there was this teenage girl and guy working and they out loud were playing around and arguing on who was going to take my order. the guy said he’s on break so that left the girl. she kept making eye contact with me and looking back at him giggling and continued to argue for 10 minutes before i said something to get one of them to take my order. very disappointed and aggravated.

There appeared to be absolutely no one in the building. There was a couple before us that stood at the order counter for about 5 mins waiting for service and no one appeared to be there so they left. So we did the same in shock. Would never give this buisness my money. Not just poor service, but NO SERVICE.

Here on 4/18/25 and there is only one person working and slower than molasses in the middle of winter at Antarctica

Arrived at lunch but wasn't very busy. Location was a little unkept. Not dirty but somewhat in disarray. Drink station was messy. Weirdly there was an unused woman's sanitary pad on the floor near order desk.
Staff was not very friendly but did their jobs fine.
Meatball sub was fresh and delish as was the BLT sub.
Lots of parking out front.

This location was untidy and only had two associates working. While the order took a while to get, I understand it was busy but what I don't get was how they didn't see the moldy bread while making our child's sandwich. I took it back to the counter and it took an additional 10 minutes to remake. Check your sandwiches folks!

When is the new location opening

Quick and accurate

So this place used to be clean, fast and made some good subs. Also used to be a favorite of mine, but not anymore. I have been sitting here for 25 mins waiting on my sandwich. Unacceptable, there isn’t even anyone in here at the moment. Don’t waste your time going here unless you have a lot of it. This place has gone down hill for the past 4 years or so. I started coming here when they first opened and was excited to get a firehouse subs in Bluffton. Save your money, or go to Jersey Mikes.

The service was a little slow. After sitting and eating . Notice one of the young ladies went to the restroom and didn't wash her hands. I saw that when I went in the ladies room. The sink was dry

Showed up today for lunch and it's Not open! Closed ..

Website didn’t work so I had to go in and order. I wanted the Beef and Brisket because Door Dash doesn’t have that as an option. Went in and ordered only to find out they had no brisket. Waited forever for my sub and the lady working there was rude and said rude things about me in the back and was loud enough for everyone to hear.
