I love coming here; sometimes I will order take out or even have my store meetings with my team here. I've always had, had a good experience until yesterday. The food was awesome as always but for the service it wasn't the best. The host that was in charge of taking orders was not friendly and didn't want to take my order. Instead she had ignore me for about a solid three minutes, then proceeded to help other customers, and asked if another co- worker could take my order. As she yelled out to a male co-worker if he could take my order he said not at the moment, he couldn't. A young lady name Summer had step in and had apologies for the service that was being given to me and took me order. Summer was so nice and made sure that I felt welcome, (I was so close to just walking out). Summers energy was amazing and she understands customer service. When coming to pick up my food the lady had continued to ignore me, Summer had made sure that I was taken care of. The host that was taking orders and seating people needs to learn how to maintain her stress level, I understand that they get's busy at times but the host needs to learn how to control her emotions/energy.

We love first watch. First time at this location. Same menu we get bk in NC. Staff was attentive and the restaurant was clean looking. It’s in a large shopping area so there was plenty of parking. This location had a breakfast bar counter which is something I hadn’t seen before for our local FirstWatch. Food was delicious. Coffee was perfect. Plenty of individual coffee creams.

Service was terrible, food sat for almost 20 mins and no one would help my wife who I sent in to get it; finally she just grabbed it on her own. (To go)

I get First Watch everytime we visit from Michigan. I try something new everytime and i love it. The Turkey alternatives to the normal breakfast pork options is refreshing as someone who does not consume pork. Always great food even togo! Can't wait till next time!

I’ve visited several FirstWatch’s but this has always been my favorite. Their food is consistently good and the staff here make it feel like a familiar, family environment. I love the seasonal menus, such a nice touch that sets them apart from other brunch restaurants. The Caramel Holey Donuts are the best version I’ve had of this dish. Highly recommend FirstWatch as a brunch option, get the Spiked Lavender Lemonade and thank me later!!
