$48 for two people to get cheeseburgers and fries is INSANE. Will cook a burger at home from now on.

I had the most loaded burger I can have here (Bacon Cheese Burger) and had found out that out of all the ingredients i asked for it to be on the burger were the jalapeños that were really bitter and hard to even enjoy on the burger. Other wise I believe that service can be better honestly I had came beafore and it totally fine but would definitely recommend going over and making sure the food that gets served is actually safe.

I have experienced this restaurant from both ends multiple times! My husband and I absolutely love their food, and I also am a part-time Dasher. They are always so kind and courteous and quick. They immediately greet you, they are very friendly and thorough with the orders. I never have to wait long for them nor do my customers ever have missing orders. This Bluffton crew is amazing and definitely the best five guys I’ve dashed to and ordered from! Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

Dropped $21 at Five Guys and left with a burger that was mid and fries that tasted like regret. Not soggy, just plain — like they gave up halfway through seasoning. But the customer service? Elite. Nicest crew I’ve ever met. They deserved a better menu to work with.

Worst 5 guys in the country… no energy everyone in a bad mood my cheese isn’t even melted on my burger not even sure if it cooked. Never coming back. No fries in bag at all.
