We felt welcome from the moment we walked in, the whole staff is kind. We sat at the bar with Savannah, she makes a great espresso martini! What a great way to kick off the weekend on a Friday night!

Went to see Mary missed her again but met her brother Tom , couldn’t be any nicer . A tentative bartender . Ordered flatbread pizza that was very and being the business for almost 40 yrs I’m always watching and observing . Customers dishes next to me were very appealing and presentation was excellent , huge portions , they said it was very good ( fettuccine dish and a blackened fish )
It was a comfortable place , wasn’t that busy . I was greeted as soon as I entered .
My only negatives were the lights were to bright and the back overhead door was open which was kinda chilly .
I think this place will to quite well and I believe Tom can build a nice following .
Lots of good stuff on the menu , looking forward to my next visit and hope to meet Mary
Ps lots of TVs with sporting events

Our family of 4 came to eat here and we had the most wonderful experience thanks to our server Mary! She was very attentive, great with our kids, and was quick with a to go box and check when our kids were ready to leave. She was so sweet! The food was also quick to come out and delicious!

Had dinner and Matthew our waiter was polite and professional, our orders were correct and delivered in a short amount of time. The place was busy perhaps a bit understaffed, but Matthew served well and kept a smile the entire time.

Let me start with this. I was very excited when this location opened. The west side of Bluffton was in sore need for more dining options. I have been to this location four times. Let me also say, we’re not really needy customers. We might need one or two drink refills for the table, and the check.
The first occasion, I attributed the subpar service to being new and I figured they would iron out the slow service and lack of attention as they went.
The second occasion, we took the kids specifically for a dessert item—after our meal, they told us they were out of the dessert item. Still not a huge deal, they’re new. They’ll get it figured out.
Third visit we went for brunch. Service was incredibly slow again and we were one of maybe four or five tables in the place. Still, we sat and waited for 15-20 minutes with clean plates to get our check so we could leave. I still wasn’t going to review the restaurant, as I was sure management would catch on and make the improvements.
Then, we stopped for dinner before a football game. Friday night, we were seated at 5:45-5:50 PM. We sat the table for 10 minutes without being greeted, no big deal.
At 6 pm, we started flagging down servers saying we had to leave at around 7 for the game. They said they’d find our server. 6:05 we flagged down the hostess with the same request. At 6:10, a server came over and said, “Still nobody has come to help you?” That’s right, still. At 6:15, roughly thirty (30!) minutes after we were seated our server comes over. We asked if it would be possible for us to eat and leave by 7:00. The server did not know. That server asked another server in front of our table. The second server said, “No, we’re pretty busy.” The second server apologized. When we told him we had been waiting for a half an hour for someone to help us, we were told—“All I can say is sorry.”
So now, we had to stand up, leave, walk across the parking lot and get Publix sandwiches (which in all honestly, was probably a better play) and head over to the game.
As a repeat customer, and someone who likely would have eaten here for years to come, I’m out on Flatbread Grill. I really want to support local businesses—and I waited for a couple months before I wrote a review hoping the issues would be fixed. They haven’t, and at some point I’m the idiot for continuing to give them money.

Definitely request Tom and Christina. They are amazing! The southern crispy chicken salad is my favorite with the cornbread croutons! Pizza tasted good. Wish the crust was a little bit more crispy.

Went to Flatbread Grill for dinner and everything was great! The food was really good — fresh and full of flavor. Our server Mary was awesome — super friendly and attentive. Hard to believe it was only her third day! She did such a great job and really made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

I was so upset to find out Flatbread took the fajita bowl off the menu! Please bring it back! 😩
We have really enjoyed playing trivia on Tuesdays, and Tom has been incredible, he is always on top of his game helping anyone who needs it, I’m really surprised he’s not a manager!
So glad we finally have a little hangout spot close to home, but I’m really gonna need my fajita bowl back ☹️
My husband, Son and I went too Flatbread for a nice brunch before sending my son off to live in japan. I didn’t get her name but the hostess there was more than a hostess. She explained too us that they were a little short staff today so she would be helping out as best as she could. 10 minutes passed by no server so she became our server. She was more than was just our hostess. she sat us, took our drinks, took our food, brought us our food and checked us out and we have the Wraps AMAZING! She was very sweet and made us feel like we have a special place at flatbread and for that we will be back a million times!! I read the reviews before coming and I saw she had a couple of reviews and thought she was just a sweet person but honestly she hads a kind soul. I know she was extremely tired but she came too us with a smile on her face like she wasn’t busy doing 3 other jobs! Flatbread keep that little girl she puts an amazing face too the name!!

The food was sub-par. The cooks were not wearing gloves or hair nets. The manager was yelling at the servers. Just a poorly ran establishment.
All I can say is the food was pretty awful. My grouper wrap had a hard, dry nugget of grouper with some tasteless sauce. Then my friend was told there would be a charge for more salad dressing for her salad. Not a good experience.
