(Service) Very poor, all these girls spend more time chatting with each other, joking, laughing, drinking and being on the phone, the customer is totally ignored, very long wait just to receive a cola1/2? (Ambience) Too old, very dirty, they could clean up a bit in order to chat and drink cola or play on the phone, all these women need to be totally renovated, not really anything to do with an Italian restaurant

Your busy fine. Called twice, and you picked up and just hung up. First time thought it was an accident. Nope just trash and rude service apparently. This is not a misunderstanding. I hear it pick up and background noise before being hung up on.

I have done take out and eat in and the food is delicious and the service is great. The Ultimate Pasta Bowl is my favorite. Fantastic. My go-to take out when the wife isn’t cooking dinner….. ?

We actually got take-away. The pizza was delicious. It was ready by the time the person who took the order said it would be. We'll be back the next time we're near Hilton Head Island.

Placed order for delivery did not receive what I ordered. Over priced for the quality of food. Ordered the teramsu paid 10$ for it and got a slice of cheese cake I was the last to know. So I say this customer service is garbage I also waited almost 2 hours. This place is not worth your time or money. I just received a personal call Lindsey the General manager in regards to my experience and she was very concerned with my experience. I must say she is on top of her position and assured me that her #1 priority is customer experience and customer service. Lindsey convinced me with her handling of what happened is a rare occurrence. Lindsey you have my buisness thank you for your attention to this matter.
