Two bathroom stalls were clogged the 3rd one was filled will water! I politely told a waitress on my way out and she didn't care. She looked at me as if I was in alien speaking a language she never heard. I went to the bathroom again and still after speaking up nothing had been done. Was there for over an hour. It took forever for us to get a second round of drinks! The food is mid and nothing to hype over. Not worth the money, between the service, the food, the pretend smiles. I asked for a things and the waitress pretended she cared. I had to ask over and over again. She was never really listening just like the one who didn't care there wasn't any working stalls! Very disappointed. Never to return again. Hire people who are sincere. Many of us read energy. It's no one else's fault you picked the field or job. Be kind, be courteous, I also was over charged and will be calling my bank. I wasn't worth the inconvenience. Save yourself from wasting time. The waitress forged her tip higher.

We love eating at this place. We are regular customers here because the food is delicious.
My husband, 2 little kids and I were there Yesterday and everything was well.
When we asked our waiter for the check, we realized she applied the 18% gratuity to our bill. I was surprised and asked her why it was applied. She replied that it stated on the Menu that a gratuity was applied to a group of 4 or more.
I told her we have been there a lot of times and never had been charged gratuity on our bill. I asked her if the kids counted as adults, because honestly I didn't understand why she was applying the percentage on the bill.
She just said; well it's because sometimes people don't leave us a good tip.
We always leave a reasonable amount of tip based on how much we paid overall, but this is the first time this happens to us here.
We have been there before with a group of 10 people and TOTALLY understand the 20% gratuity applied, but if you're going to apply gratuity because we're going with 2 kids, then might as well not go anymore.

This was a horrible experience. We came in at about 9:00 and we had our drinks and order taken at about 9:13 which seemed pretty normal. We didn’t get our food untill 10:28, multiple people who came in after us and got their food, even parties of people got their food first. All we ordered was a seafood boil and pobo. Our server checked on us only three times and gave no explanation on why it was taking so long. We asked to speak to the manager and all she said was she’ll bring it out and that she’s sorry. I saw our server checking in on other tables then just went right back into the kitchen basically never coming to us. No discounts nothing taken off the check and still expected a tip?? I’m very disappointed to say the least. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to wait an excessively long time to get your food.

They need a GM that keeps an eye on the child that answers the phone, she thinks her job is to be a smart arse, and mess up customers orders. We’re done with this place, and have charged back our $50+ orders 3 times now. We appreciate the free food, but maybe you should address the problem you have. She was answering the phone 08.02.25 at 3:00pm. She is a horrible liability, and definitely not an asset. I’m going to try to arrange a meeting with the owners, to see if they think the girl answering the phone is funny. If the ownership is willing to meet, please reply. As of now we are done with your restaurant. This is the third time we’ve had problems with the smart arse kids you hire.

Meet my friend at this location and had an amazing experience. Don't forget to use your bins and gloves cause you're going to be chowing down seafood boils. Delicious.

Great food but takes a really long time. It was over 2.5 hours for two of us to eat. Very long time to get a waitress/drinks, food, and 30 min just to pay so we can leave.

The flounder was good, but I thought the portion was light. It was more like fish strips than fillets. The fries were really good though.
