Island Bagel and Deli

One of my favorite places to get bagels they have a rear variety of bagels and cream cheeses. I got a baker’s dozen and all the different bagels were delicious.

Great bagels, my New Yorker husband was a huge fan. I got their breakfast sandwich, their eggs are cooked so so perfectly! And they serve really good coffee with unlimited refills for $2.75, which is why I was also a huge fan. Awesome place.

Great bagels but I think I have gone for the last time. This weeks bagel was $3.04 for one toasted bagel with butter. I can't understand why they charge people for extra toast and butter. Seems like they are taking advantage of their reputation and I likely will not go to the new location which is closer to me. Nosh is just as good and not as expensive.

Absolute worst experience of my life! My family of 4 went in and 3 got in line to order while I tried to sit down at one of the many open tables because I have heart failure and cannot stand very long. Suddenly the manager came running over stopped me from sitting down & said I wasn’t allowed to sit until I got in line to order. I explained that my family was already ordering but that I simply needed to sit down and he raised his voice at me while all other customers are now looking saying it didn’t matter and that I either got in line or I need to “get out”. Since I barely was able to walk to the restaraunt without my wheelchair I then had to leave my family who were standing in line to order and walk back to the car unassisted and was so upset and humiliated. Read the other reviews and you can see that This establishment hires individuals who won’t even serve people based on their sexuality or having any type of disability. I hope they get sued and their business is closed. SHAME ON YOU-DISGUSTING AND BAGELS WERE HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time or money here.

horrible customer service!!!! the owner told my disabled mother she couldn’t sit down while we waited in line to order her food!!! literally made her leave the restaurant crying and embarrassed. disgusting people and disgusting restaurant. never coming ever again and i recommend you don’t either especially if your family member has a disability. GROSS!!!

Horrible experience I wish I could leave no stars. Denied a handicap person a seat with multiple tables open WHILE we were placing an order. Disgusting behavior from an owner of an establishment I would not support this type of business if this is how they treat disabled or elderly individuals with a handicap. DISGUSTING

I called in an order for Taylor ham breakfast sandwiches. I drove over a half hour to get there and when I did they said they’re all out of Taylor ham. Why not just tell me in the first place? Why not call me back?

They did not offer anything when I got there. Just said “sorry” and then kept it moving.

Bagels are tiny. $25 for a dozen. What a rip off. I’m from NY the bagels are twice the size and $14 a dozen. This is Bluffton SC not Hilton Head. Wake up your price gouging beyond belief. I’ll never buy your bagels again and tell everyone how you’re ripping people off.
