I wrote a review for Jersey Mike’s and I confused it with other place I want to correct that by saying that the times I have been at Jersey Mike’s the food and service have been wonderful!

I was trying to call back to back to cancel a order I accidentally place online at the wrong restaurant & no one answered finally when someone did answer they immediately put me on hold & never came back so I lost my money on a sub I couldn’t get

While enjoying my meal employees asked if I was satisfied and they asked other customers the same niche follow up

This location is under new management - I ordered a few months ago and a sandwich was left off my order. Even though there was no record of this, the new management honored the extra sandwich and quickly prepared my order. Service, food and demeanor of staff was wonderful!

Came on 5/14/24 at 2pm. There were 4 workers total in the building, 2 of which were on break. Tables were dirty, trash was overflowing out the trash can. I stood in line waiting to be acknowledged for 10 min while the 2 people behind the counter worked on the one lady in front of me sandwich, they made her sandwich and continued to chat/flirt for another 10 min. Sandwich was mediocre, lettuce was brown and had mustard on it from the prior sandwich since they didn’t clean the block off before putting my sandwich on it. Wouldn’t go back.

The worst Jersey Mikes we’ve ever been to and it’s not because of the food. Service and wait time is ridiculously poor. We live in Bluffton and try to go to the Beaufort store when possible because of this. It doesn’t matter whether your order online or wait you’ll always just…WAIT. We gave it 10+ opportunities but will just travel to Beaufort moving forward.
