The worst Jersey Mikes we’ve ever been to and it’s not because of the food. Service and wait time is ridiculously poor. We live in Bluffton and try to go to the Beaufort store when possible because of this. It doesn’t matter whether your order online or wait you’ll always just…WAIT. We gave it 10+ opportunities but will just travel to Beaufort moving forward.

We unfortunately had a horrible experience at Jersey Mikes today leaving us not ordering and finding another restaurant to eat at. This occurred around 5:30pm 12/31/23. We went in to get a cheesesteak and the staff said he had already turned off the grill for the evening. So, we ask for a turkey and cheese sandwich. He said the blade for the slicer was in the sink to be washed. We said we would wait for him to clean it. He went back and picked it up out of the sink, not washed, and started to put it on the slicer. There were soap suds still on the blade. We said to cancel our order because we are not eating meat from a soapy sudsy blade and he said okay. We left. We will go to the one in Hilton Head from now on.

I went to enjoy lunch with my son at the local Jersey Mike's here. The staff was very friendly and the quality of service was exceptional. The line was long, but it never kept them from being professional and kind. The three employees I wanted to mention are Ashley, Andre and Jamison. Thank you guys!

Don’t eat here if you don’t want to spend your birthday in the line. Had a half hour lunch and spent 22 minutes of it in the line. Ridiculous.

Prior to this visit, neither my dad nor I had ever eaten at a Jersey Mike’s, despite the chain’s large presence across the country…but that has certainly changed now! Especially having eaten at Subway the day before (eating quick and boring due to time constraints), Jersey Mike’s is far better than Subway. I highly recommend ordering your sandwich with the rosemary parm bread they have…mmm! Delectable. Their ingredients seem fresh and quality, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-kept. Plus, there’s free Wifi, and ask any staff working there and they can tell you the password off the top of their head! A great team! I’ve already had Jersey Mike’s a second time in my home city and will continue to enjoy it in the future. Thanks to the Bluffton outpost for sparking our love of the chain!

I've eaten at this store on several occasions and it's hit or miss. I recently had one of their Turkey and Ham club subs. It had the flavor but I've had meatier subs at other sub shops. I couldn't believe how thin the meat was sliced for the $20 price tag I had to pay for a sub with no chips and no drink. I think I'll stick with the competition for a more filling meal.

The manager today was incredible worked the room like a pro with a ton of people in line. He was watching everything that was going on, at one point an employee next to him put his hands in his pockets and the manager noticed it and immediately called him out and made him change his gloves and made sure he did not do that again. It was impressive.

Don’t think you are going to get in and out. There were 7 people in front of me when I walked in. I was there for over an hour. It took 20 minutes for me to pay from the time I ordered. The absolute slowest experience I’ve ever had in any sandwich shop.Then they messed up my sandwich, but I wasn’t willing to wait another 20 min to remake it.

I came here for lunch, i don't visit this store specifically often, but i do eat jersey mikes occasionally as well as previously working at this and the Hilton Head locations. we arrived at a decently busy time and ordered our food. we waiting for 30 minutes before i asked about it, and they "made it a while ago" and i'm assuming someone else got my sandwich. they remade my sandwich and gave us the 17 that had been sitting for 40 minutes at this point. i was pretty disappointed, but after i asked they remade that sandwich too. after 50 minutes we had our order. given this i was planning on a 1 star review. However, they offered us a refund. accidents happen, mistakes happen. Making up for it is what matters. Other than the wait, i had a good experience and good food. We chose to turn down the refund as that would remove the tip we gave, and we got what we ordered.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order online for pickup. I arrived at the store to pick it up, just to wait another 30 minutes for them to start making my subs. There was only one employee making subs who moved extremely slow, (stopping to listen and watch an argument between two other employees in the back), another employee standing around on her phone, and two other employees arguing in the back, loud enough for customers to hear. All the while at least 5 customers are waiting for their food too. If I hadn’t already paid for my food I would have left. Never again. Get a sub sandwich elsewhere.
