Sat at the bar waiting and waiting and waiting. Bartender walked in and out of the bar twice making no acknowledgement of me sitting there, manager walked by as I tapped my fingers waiting and waiting and waiting. Was not busy. Guess who walks back behind the bar and walks away again with zero acknowledgement again! I asked the guy next to me if he could see me in case I was in a parallel universe. He saw me thank God. Won’t be back.

DO NOT ORDER VIA DELIVERY SERVICE! Can never trust that the order will be right unless you are in person, sadly we love the food but it’s sad at this point the amount of times our orders have been mixed up, missing items or incorrectly made. Called before pickup to make sure the dressing was correct and in the bag (messed up the last 3 times) only to find out the my wife’s order had the wrong meat and side. Use to love this place but this is the last time.
P.S. Had a catered party a work this year, over $300 tip, Sav location was over an hour late…

I spoke with Melissa concerning the drinks from Door dash. I received drinks that were not secure(no tape covering lid,not secured in a bag)-the dasher could simply pop the lid and do whatever to my drink. That is not safe and apparently this is their practice(and has been). I simply will not order drinks from there through Door Dash. The food itself is secure in a bag but not the drinks. As a paying customer who door dashes a lot due to my job, this is very unsafe and I feel awareness needs to be brought to this.

You guys change the names of menu items and make things confusing. A double decker used to be a sandwhich with both brisket and pulled pork. A family member went through the drive thru and orderd that for me apparently that's a double cheeseburger now. Cause the food came home and that's what was in the bag. Just disappointed.

Went here today and probably the worst experience I had. I don't go often but when I go food is decent but the portions are always stingy. They never give your money worth. Most expensive bbq and you don't get what you pay for. I got double brisket with my plate which is 3.75 each. Looked like I barely got 1 portion of brisket smh. On top of that I tried to use a gift card for $25 and they told me it was nothing on it. I got it from a trusted source so I know it had money on it. Ended up having to pay $38 for my meal. Damn already passed I open my box to a short portion of brisket. They suck real bad smh.

I was so excited to come here when I was visiting family as this was always a spot I liked, but the service has gone so downhill ):

Bill, our actual server, was great. Lovely guy with a good sense of humour.

That said, our wait to be seated despite the restaurant being empty was forever long, the food took a long time to come out and so did the cheesy bread.

Food was good, as I remembered.

Got the brisket value feast and everything was amazingly delicious! Meat was tender and perfectly seasoned along with the sides. Greens were some of the best I've ever had. Young man at the drive thru was very helpful and polite. Will be back soon!

Stopped in for a quick road lunch. We both had the pulled pork salad. It was great. The salads came with two small muffins. All I can say is wow.

Food is good but CHECK your take out orders. We eat here often and almost every single time at least one or two sides are missing. I know now not to leave without checking first and I swear something is always missing…

First time in Jim N Nicks BBQ. Will definitely be back. Food excellent love the wings, ribs & sides
Thai was our server she was great kept checking on us. Quick with refills & offered to go boxes.

Very welcoming door staff, followed by quick service and amazing food. Got a quick photo and half of my HUGE potatoe with pulled pork . Will recommend and will be coming back

Amazingly delicious and delightfully affordable when feeding a large family. The value feasts are priced very fairly with TONS of food.
