Me and my wife were here today to order two giant #7s Spicy East Coast Italian combos, this Jimmy John's is yet another favorite place for Gourmet Sandwiches in Bluffton, SC. . We ordered today a #12 & #7. There was only one Lady here but the staff are always extremely professional hard working and friendly. Like I said before no matter where you go Jimmy John's will never disappoint you !!!

Weirdest thing for our family....No pep. They did not have pepperoni. I have not been to a sandwich shop that did not have it. Maybe I have been lucky. Who knows. Any who, store was clean. Crew was friendly and food tasted amazing. No complaints here. We will go back.

I wish I could upload the picture of the sun I bought today…pathetic. I’d be ashamed to hand it to a customer. Ive been buying subs at this location since it has opened and the quality is going down hill. To bad I live 10 miles away, I’d take it back.

I love Jimmy John's! Like crave their sandwiches every week. But will just have to put up with going to any other location but the one in Bluffton. I have ordered delivery from this location multiple times, and today when doing so was so rudely told I could not order as I was outside the radius. I understand if it's to far, but we are 3 miles away. I was told over the phone that I have been told multiple times I am outside of the radius. News to me, I have always been able to place an order without a problem. Disappointed that service now a days is selective.

We ordered to go sandwiches. Young man at register took our order. Did not pay attention to our order. Got home both sandwiches wrong. It’s a sandwich how do you screw up both. Jersey Mike’s is much better. They ask you what you want. We asked for mini turkey got ham. Wanted full size roast beef with provolone got mini roast beef with no cheese. Will not return. Must have sold to new owners.

I ordered food from them today as I've dine several times but my order today was not good. My pickle was to be cut in quarters as the website states but when I received my order which was delivered the pickle was slit and not editable at all mushy on the inside. I called the OWNER to discuss and they were rude and VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I hung up and called back to speak with someone else and they hung up on me. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE UMLESS YOU LOOK LIKE THEM.
