Joelle offers a wonderful dining experience with delicious food, including a generous mussel appetizer, homemade pasta, and flavorful pizza. Standout dishes include the short rib, which is melt-in-your-mouth tender and infused with deep, rich flavors, and the beef brisket. The muffeletta pizza, with mortadella for the base, is unique and very tasty. Salads are huge and can be shared, with the pig & fig salad being fresh and very tasty. Cocktails, especially the Italian Daiquiri, are highly recommended. The service is excellent, with staff going above and beyond. The ambiance is warm and friendly, with a coastal Italy-meets-Lowcountry aesthetic, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. Prices are reasonable considering the portion sizes. Joelle is a great addition to the Bluffton community and a hidden gem that every foodie needs to experience. The margarita pizza is the best in Bluffton. The staff was amazing, and the food was great. The wine selection was great. Everything was fantastic, but the pizza was exceptional, and the service was wonderful.
