We ordered chicken strips a few days ago that was dry, tough, and tasted like food prepared a long while ago. Horrible!! It took me a while to think what to say in a review, not to sound harsh, but it was HORRIBLE. I did not pick up - don't know about service and atmosphere. COLESLAW was fresh and delicious - the only good thing in the package. Fries were ok. I did not take pictures, but the review to google (by my husband) has photo's added.

I ordered a take out online. The chicken was old - like prepared long ago, and dried out (the crunchie ends of the tenders were great). The one star goes toward the coal slaw, which could get 5 stars if it stood by itself. Come On, KFC! We were used to better quality food.

Wanted their chicken pot pie. Told none were available. Very disappointing. It’s dinner time on Saturday night. Staff friendly. I ordered the bowl. Just not the same as it used to be. Salt tub empty. Almost no pepper. Seating Is plentiful however it’s in need of major renovation. Old and deteriorating. Restroom the same. Just old outdated fixtures and dirty looking. Not certain if we’ll return.

Came to this location because my daughter has BEGGED for KFC for forever and I don’t have one near my house. We arrive at the drive thru window where we are told to “hold one second I’ll be back.”Then the call box went quiet. No big deal. My daughter had to decide what she wanted. We waited for several minutes. Again no big deal, it’s the day after a holiday I expect them to be busy. A gentleman from the car behind me came to my window and asked what was taking so long. I told him the guy said he’d come back in a minute. He was annoyed and got back in his car. Again, I didn’t mind waiting. I did say hello back to the box a few minutes later. And still nothing. So we kept waiting. I said hello again and nothing. My sister and my daughters and I were just passing time laughing and talking while waiting. I said hello again. Then the guy came on and said they were waiting on our order. I said “oh I said hello a few times and waited on someone”. Then quiet again. So I ordered, and pulled to the window to ask if they heard me say hello just because we never heard back from anyone. He said yes and he tried to ask for the order but we never heard him. He said it was because we were laughing so probably couldn’t hear him. I understand we were talking and laughing to pass the time but anyone who’s ever gone through a drive thru knows you can hear the call box loud and clear when someone is talking to you through it. I was very disappointed by the way this man working handled the situation and spoke to me as if I’m an absolute idiot. Thankfully my daughter got her KFC meal she’s been asking for because it will be the last time I spend money at this corporation.

The staff was pleasant and the food was good. However my issue was with the the dining area and bathrooms. Basically they were pigstys. I didn't want to look under my table as there was so much food on the floor. The trash cans were full and needed to be emptied. The bathroom were disgusting. They may be short staffed, but this reflects poorly on the management itself.
For being a fast food restaurant everything here was exceedingly difficult to order exceedingly difficult to receive and the staff seemed like they just did not want to work. So disappointing

The food and service are excellent. However, the restaurant and the bathrooms are in desperate need of updates. The bathroom tile, grout and floors appear very dirty and grimy.

Tried to order delivery over an hour before they closed a couple weeks ago. No one ever brought my order but I had already paid. I got no refund, no apology, nothing. Basically I spend $25 on nothing. Service here is bad.

The service was awesome. Of course the food is great but, the actual dining and bathrooms are disgusting. Bathrooms filthy. Wallpaper coming off the walls in the dining area. It looks like it has not been updated since the 90's. Especially on the island you would expect a nice place to eat. Please management, get help from home office to remodel your place. Thank you
