The service was awesome. Of course the food is great but, the actual dining and bathrooms are disgusting. Bathrooms filthy. Wallpaper coming off the walls in the dining area. It looks like it has not been updated since the 90's. Especially on the island you would expect a nice place to eat. Please management, get help from home office to remodel your place. Thank you

Usually the chicken is seasoned. The past 2 times I have gone it seems like they forgot about those 11 spices. The chicken was bland, no flavor not even salt or pepper

Always kept a soft spot for fast food workers because of their hectic shifts, but this situation was sickening. I ordered through the drive-through and specified my order twice for clarification. I drove off with my order, realized it was wrong, and turned back. I asked for them to remove the wrong piece and substitute it for what I ordered, and the worker agreed. (I DID NOT EAT ANYTHING YET, JUST CHECKED THE BOX)
The second worker had a conversation with the first, took off his gloves, and brought my food out of sight. Moments later, the first worker gave me my order with a smile, which made me think the issue was resolved.
When I pulled over and checked again, my meal was the exact same and looked tampered with. Don't spend your hard-earned money to get disrespected here. It is a shame, and I would never recommend. If you didn't want to correct the order then say that, instead of potentially placing my well-being in jeopardy 🙃.

A service, angry. The person who served me was unwilling. And more so because I had a coupon, he gave me the thinnest part of the chicken. But anyway. All in all, I enjoyed the chicken, because I wanted to eat fried chicken and I enjoyed it even more because I could afford to buy it with my coupon. 😊

I love their pot pies. I used to love the chicken strips . Pot pies are well worth the value. But twice I’ve gone there the pot pies are sold out and now the chicken strips are horrible I love them. They were so juicy and moist, but don’t buy them because now they’re a third of the chicken . They’re so dry and all they are are mostly breading. I’m so sad that they’re not making the ones they used to cause they can’t afford to. Good bye chicken strips

This kfc is the worse there chicken is ALWAYS OLD this is my 3rd time coming because the first two times I was thinking well maybe I’m just coming at the wrong time but this time is the last time ……… why would u serve people old chicken ??? It’s not fresh the chicken taste like it’s been sitting for hours the oil that there frying in taste old if your not going to cook it with love just shut down the business……… the biscuits are chewy the fries taste old as well and the food is never hot !! I don’t mind waiting couple of mins if I’m gonna get fresh chicken this is ridiculous I’m spending my hard earn money do better
If could give -5 I would. I bought 5 tender mean and pot pie at 4:30pm today. Tenders were dry, salty and absolutely uneaten. French fries is immidiately trash…I paid over $20

I bought a order of chicken tenders and they were all dry. They just give me the left overs. I can even eat them and they charge me over $22.00 for the most disgusting meal. Don't buy anything on KFC Bluffton

Went at lunch. They had a buffet of sorts behind the counter, so no real waiting. Clean.

I had a great experience here ☺️, customer service was amazing, and the food was great. Shot out to the guy who served me and opened the side door for me. He made the experience great. Funny ?, comical, and dressed to impress. 2pc with a biscuit and mash $5 quick lunch meal.
