Great place, very nice staff. Good Ice cream, good fudge and chocolates.
I am glad that we stopped by.
Highly recommended
Ice cream is fine, terrible service from the two old white ladies on Dec 30th. And then they charged me wrong after I said I wanted a singular scoop, which would be a SMALL, but they charged me for a regular. Such unwarranted rude service. The ice cream isn't good enough for me to return after this experience.
It's 6:40 pm and they are already closed and supposed to close at 7pm.
We had the best experience here, the woman (who I didn’t get a chance to get her name unfortunately) was working tonight on Dec 8, she was such a pleasure to talk to. My husband & I brought our 1 year old daughter in with us to stop for some ice cream before we headed home. As soon as we walked in the door she was so inviting & radiated kindness. She allowed us to take time and helped us decide on different flavors that will lead us back here in the future. She also went over the different chocolate in the store with us, as we were browsing the store. Overall we found the ice cream to be so flavorful & it was perfect ending to our night. We are so thankful for the genuine service and good ice cream ! 10/10 for hospitality & service, 10/10 for ice cream , and 10/10 for cleanliness
We love Kilwins but for some reason the last two times we visited this location, the ice cream was much too soft!! It would almost completely melt before we are able to finish it. The last time this happened was in the summer and it seemed too warm in the store. The last time, November 30th, it was cool inside and out but the ice cream was still much too soft!
You can purchase delicious handmade chocolates of a variety of sorts. Also their Georgia peach ice cream is fantastic, if they have any left! Pricey and worth the calories
The boy waiting on me must have been having a terrible day….and if he was..I apologize for the bad review. I did not appreciate that he put on gloves….got my waffle cone….and then with my cone in hand…picked up a dirty dishrag and wiped off ice cream from a container. I should have stopped him…but was surprised. He was not friendly at all. The older woman was very nice and seemed to enjoy her job.
Came in for a Saturday night treat tonight 9/6, disappointed that all doors were locked at 7:35 and girls inside doing closing work when hours state they close at 8. Long time Kilwins fan but will not be coming back to this location due to inconsistent hours.
Super friendly staff. Ice cream was a typical 10/10. We bought thier taffy that comes in a plastic bag—it was terrible. Flavor was not good and the texture was wayyyy too soft. Ice cream aside, I'd go back just because the staff. Super fun and kind.
HORRIBLE WORST ICECREAM PLACE IVE BEEN TO DO NOT GO HERE I saw a BUG FLY IN THE ICE CREAM PLUS like all the icecream was halfway melted or almost all the way melted I would give this a 0 star rating but that’s not possible so I’ll give it a 1

The Cookies and Cream ice cream was absolutely terrible. It was barely frozen and had a stale flavor.
Total rip off!! 20$ for two cones with one scoop! Never again. I'll stick with Ice Cream Stop!
Straight brunette hair was buried deep in my ice cream scoop. I only saw it when my ice cream began to melt because its super hot outside. I am super disgusted.
Not sure what is happening but there was no ice cream. They had about 6 flavors and the rest of the freezers were empty. Most of the ice cream was melted in the freezer as well. $7 for one scoop of ice cream is also nuts.
Poor customer service and employees were rude and hostile to other customers.
