We had the absolute best experience! We loved the ice cream and hot chocolate! Both were so delicious. We got to meet the owner, Jake, who was so generous in giving and genuinely caring. He asked about our lives and family and we got to hear a little about his. We highly recommend you stopping by! It will be a real sweet treat ❤️

I was looking forward to iced latte but they stopped making them. The cappuccino milkshake was good. Very busy store and good customer service.

Took our grandsons here for ice cream and bought some fresh chocolates for their parents! Always an excellent experience

The store is located in Tanger Outlet - Mall II. They have all sort of chocolates, fudge, ice cream, hand-crafted Waffle Cones, handmade sweets & gift baskets. Service was ok. Nothing so special about the ice-cream. The cold/warm drink selections are quite abundant of choices. The chocolates are nicely done with many variety of flavors. The Mocha chocolate was what we got. Good place for kids and big kids, too!

Candy makers were friendly. Don't think Cashier was happy about being at work. Butter pecan ice cream was average. Ordered 2 cashew caramel chocolates and 2 pecan caramel chocolates. Very good. They look alike and the cashier put them all in the bag together so we couldn't tell them apart until we broke them open. This could be corrected by putting them in separate wrapping inside one bag. Why does the customer need to suggest this?

So me and my family visit Kilwins frequently. I go there specifically for their Marshmallow S'mores Ice cream...double scoop in a waffle bowl. My absolute favorite. My kids and husband usually get different things, but I stick to what I love...if they don't have it, I don't get anything at all! Yesterday, I came 30 minutes away to get some of my favorite icecream for my birthday, but they were closed. Their updated hours on the door, had them at least open for another hour, but it seem like they closed early, or may have never opened. It was completely disappointing, because it was all I talked about I wanted for my birthday. Anyways, the staff is always nice, helpful, and welcoming. They also offer a variety of treats and chocolates. It's been a while since I bought those, but their products are mostly always great quality. I did get a waffle bowl once that was soft, chewy, and almost inedible it seem, but I was told that's because it was freshly made. I just wish I was informed before I bought it, that the quality was different... That's important!

Victoria was so patient and helpful with my whole family. There were so many appealing ice cream flavors I had to taste a few to decide. The Sea Salt Chocolate. Cappuccino Chocolate was a close 2nd. We all walked away happy.
