I love my Kroger peeps in Bluffton, Belfair location! Daniel and Nadia are incredible employees, who take the time to interact and make you feel like family! A shout out to Kellee, who is my go to carnivore expert! He is kind and patient, and always maintains a high level of professionalism! I always look forward to my shopping experience at this Kroger! my review is for the starbucks. If i could give them -10 stars i would. experience was absolutely terrible. i sat for 40 minutes with a mobile order just to have the worker tell me their out of everything i ordered way after the fact. absolutely wasted my time. The dude working “Vincent” checked his phone and ignored me while i waited almost an hour.

I was cashing out a a register with Tilden. I accidentally dropped a glass bottle of wine. I was glared at for minutes. Even went as far as trying to clean it up myself. Tilden came and told me to not do that. I had wine bounce all over my shoes and legs. They continued to look. When another man came over he said one word… wow. I told him I’m sorry it slipped. I have arthritis in my hands and at time they don’t grip well. Felt so bad and embarrassed yet they did nothing to make it easier. They made me feelStupid and embarrassed. I only wanted to help yet they didNothing but look atMe like I was a crazy drunk.

This Kroger is close to home, clean and staff are wonderful
Like to give this place a zero....but you can't. Unbelievable comes to mind. Check the date on EVERYTHING! Shame on me for shopping there. Meat out of date...bread out of date....pizza crust out of date. Not once but twice with out of date items. Took some time to look around and, .... a lot of out of date items. A call to the auditors is coming. Aldi moved in and this place went right down the toilet. Update.....went back to return said items. NO ONE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Asked someone who worked there...response. What do you want me to do about it she is on break. No one wants to work anymore he said. Why don't you just shop at Publix he said. Then can I talk to the manager.....no, there is no manager on duty. Someone please close this store.

Stopped in for groceries and was having much difficulty lifting items in the self checkout. HYDEA, the customer service rep in the area immediately recognized my difficulty and jumped right in offering assistance at the register. She was attentive, kind, and smiled the entire time. I really appreciate the response and great customer service!!! Great choice in staffing with Hydea. She is awesome!!!

Without going into details, that may adversely affect him, I will just tell you that he showed kindness and mercy to a veteran of the United States Naval Academy, a decorated Naval Officer, Lieutenant, United States Navy.Daniel submitted himself a servant, and a kind and loving representative of the Kroger store. He recognized honesty and merit when he saw it, he interceded accordingly, and he gave of himself.For service above and beyond the call of duty I hearby recognize him as a brother and a friend.
