I visited today La Birria Loca, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The birria tacos with cheese were delicious, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cheesy. They were easily some of the best birria tacos I've ever had. But the greatness didn’t stop there. I also tried the chicken, carnitas, and asada tacos, and each one was just as amazing.
