I've tried alot of Mexican restaurants but by far this restaurant is the Best especially with wide variety of really great dishes that you don't find any where else. The service was superb. Prices are very reasonable.

Thought about giving this place a second chance, but both times were absolutely atrocious. After waiting for about 15 minutes the first time to to be helped and spending almost 2 hours to just have dinner is insane. Came back around a second time and this time was even worse, not sure if waiting 15 minutes is their minimum to help their customers but happened again. Had a party of four with the restaurant almost empty, there were more staff working than actual guest eating. After getting looks from all of their staff and no one coming over to help we had to leave. Sucks the place has renovated with this type of staff.

Service was horrible, sat down ordered a drink. Got my sweet tea, and the staff were all over in a corner on the phones. Food came out late and room temp! The food was ok, but definitely overpriced!

La Hacienda was such a pleasure. The atmosphere was great, I loved the art work through out. The server was so kind and quick to offer suggestions and kept the drinks flowing. The food was very good. My group of 5 had a variety of items from quesadillas to fajitas to grilled fish. Everything was fresh and delicious. Would absolutely go back again and again

I couldn't review the food because we were never served. We were immediately seated, and then no one acknowledged us. No chips and salsa, not drinks, not even a greeting to see two more parties seated and immediately given chips and salsa and had their drink orders taken. We were there for almost 20 minutes. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I am have been coming to La. Hacienda for years and the food is consistently great and the service is phenomenal

The restaurant is getting 2 stars because the food is acceptable. I am cautioning everyone to pay cash at this establishment as they are up charging your tip after you leave. I check off my credit card bill every month and they charged me more than the total of my receipt. If they scam just a little off each customer just imagine!

No good sevice horible

We came in this Thursday evening around 9 o’clock bc nothing else in the area was open and I was blown away by the amazing service we got and some of the best Mexican food I ever had. Carlos was our waiter and he was amazing…super nice and on point! The food was fresh and so so tasty! We will be back at our next visit to the area and highly recommend this restaurant! Carlos your the real MVP!

I’ve had not great service basically every time coming to this restaurant. Ordering a margarita and automatically getting a bigger size without being asked, waiting for service when it’s not even busy, not being told about the amazing happy hour deals until after ordering other things, hidden charges that were not explained. I work food and beverage so i understand that they don’t choose these charges…. But I called in a to go order the other day and was told a total over the phone and then came with exact cash. Then I get there and there’s a takeout charge and also tax too. I don’t know why I was given a total without the fees. I ordered two things and they put a “take out charge” on each thing ordered.

The only reason we come back is because we have liked the food but today the food wasn’t even great. Just okay at best. There’s was another time it’s wasn’t great either but I just figured it was a bad day. Now I’m just seeing that it’s just not consistent…. so dining here is a gamble, and getting take out charges you extra…. and it’s still a gamble.

I see that the owner or manager responds to every negative comment with the exact same reply too…. Which is just lazy. The renovation looks great but before being renovated I would not get food there because it was gross… just dirty and we saw roaches. We dined in last week and the bathroom was vile and full of feces and pee.
I really wanted to like this place, but I am continually disappointed

Me and my boyfriend come here all the time and we are always pleased by the food and service! Carlos served us today and was very attentive to our needs! Love it here it’s like our comfort restaurant!

Food was amazing! However, place was not crowded and we waited a long time for beverages and chips and salsa.
