Very cool little permanent food truck next to a great hispanic market. I had three different tacos, my wife had a quesadilla, all were great. Lots of different hot sauces to choose from, and be careful, some are HOT! Just realize, they only give you the tortillas and meat at the indow on the left, you have to go to the window on the right to put all your toppings and sauces on. The market itself has a ton of stuff you won't find in a regular grocery store.

One of the fun things about living in Bluffton is that there are these businesses on the roads that run parallel to Route 278. Not only this restaurant, but a great Mexican-American bakery and a market too. We stopped in for lunch at noon, booths and tables in the front and a larger seating area in the back. Large menu with fair pricing for appetizers and entrees, large portions too. I wanted the Enchiladas Poblanos, but was concerned it was too spicy for me. The server brought a small cup and plastic spoon to try. This was the best mole sauce I have ever had, my wife loved it too, but my threshold these days is low. I had the ground beef enchiladas pablonitas with green sauce, rice, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese and avocado, $14! All excellent. My wife had the Chillaquilles with fried eggs, fried corn tortillas and cheese, $10. Excellent. Ful bar and live music Saturday starting at 6:30. Worth another visit.

The food was pretty good. However, don’t expect any attention from the staff. All servers were too busy with eating themselves and watching their kids run around to fill up any drink or even ask if we needed anything else once our food came out. Half of our table came out together and then our last two plates were about 15 minutes behind. Not a good experience. Have never seen such lazy staff for it to be before dinner rush hour and empty.

Overall a great dinner spot for Mexican food. The service was excellent and all were quite happy with their dishes. The fajitas were excellent. We will be back. BObK

Amazing outdoor food/taco stand - and this is coming from someone who lives in Texas! I have VERY high (ok, maybe too high & quasi unrealistic) standards for my tacos and there is literally no other place in Bluffton/HHI that even comes close to how good and authentic this was!Ordered at the window (2x pastor, 1x camaron/shrimp, 1x passion fruit agua fresca) and it was ready less than ten mins later. Pretty efficient set up with the stand prepping the meats/tortillas and a help-yourself salsa bar to the far right that has all the missing elements (cilantro, onion, pickled onion, cabbage, radishes, peppers, salsa). Highly recommend the pastor/shrimp tacos and the green salsa (perfect level of spice) and the passion fruit agua tasted sooo fresh. This honestly tasted almost identical to the tacos I had in Mexico, minus the 25c. price tag (can’t have it all, I guess). If you are a Mexican food fan, this place is a must try. However… wouldn’t recommend it to the individuals out there who think black pepper is “too hot” or those that put pre-shredded American cheese on their tacos ?.

Ordered via DoorDash and the food was delivered in a timely manner. The chicken taco came in a round container and by all accounts was very good. I ordered the 3 beef tacos…and they we average at best. The beef had hard to chew pieces (fat) and the taco shells were soggy sitting in the grease from the meat. I was confused by the additional components for the beef tacos: sliced radishes and cucumbers. There was plenty of onions as well. All in all a so-so experience. I will order the taco the taco the next time.

Food truck location with delicious tacos, tortas, and more, with fresh ingredients from the market next to it!

We were starving and even though they were closed for a Private party they were still willing to serve food. Which was absolutely delicious and very reasonably price will definitely eat here again.
