This has been our ‘go to’ restaurant for Mexican cuisine for nearly 7 years. I am remiss in not reviewing it previously. This is as authentic as we have in the area. The food is well prepared and presented. Owners go out of their way to use fresh ingredients. The food is excellent . The service is superb. The restaurant is bright and welcoming. Moreover, it is one of the cleanest restaurants that we have found. This trip we shared the mixed fajitas and had a margarita....

To be clear, if you are looking for a fine dining experience this is not the place. It is a very typical mexican restaurant vibe. That being said, it IS one of the most authentic and fantastic Mexican restaurants I've experienced when it comes to the staff and food. My family makes it a point to eat there every time we visit. I have had the Camerones El Diablo. Which is muy Caliente! And, soooo good. This time I ate shrimp burritos in a spicy pico de gallo and a Modelo especial.....

We got the Daniel Special & it was full of grilled veggies, shrimp, scallops, & lobster!
We also got the Camaron Especial , which had shrimp in a tomato based seasoned sauce!
Last but not least, the adult beverages were wonderful!
