Bread was hard, salad came to me 2 times and still wrong so… I couldn't eat it with feta cheese. Makes me sick, baked potato was yellow hard and cold, the butter for bread was hard as a rock. The worst meal and my partner said chicken was chewey. Won't go back. Ever since Joe Don left it's never been the same.

The food was awesome! However, it took almost 30 minutes to get a table for 7 set up and another 30 minutes for our food. Im very disappointed with the overall experience tonight.

We waited a hour and 15 minutes for a table, then we asked about our table, we could hear the waitress saying we lied about how many people we had. There was at least 20 of us and obviously we aren’t going to crowd the lobby. Next we didn’t get our appetizers until AFTER we got our main course meal. The woman who greeted us had an attitude and a rude tone in her voice. Then after we waited an hour and more to be seated and we had to wait 30 minutes to get our food. OH, and they told us it would be a 30 minute wait, WE WAITED AN HOUR close to 2. Then, there was hair in at least 3 people’s food.

The Longhorn steak was extremely pepper. I have eaten at Longhorn many of times, I never had a steak that badly seasoned. I didn't complain because I didn't have time to wait for a new steak.

Cal did absolutely amazing and so did the other bartender with the beard and glasses. My steak never comes out with the correct temperature, but the service and conversation make it a great experience. I honestly couldnt give a shit about the food because the front of house team makes it like I'm talking to a true friend. Thank you longhorn

I’ve been coming to this Longhorn for over a decade and it’s been good almost every time. Tonight 12/3, however, was excellent mostly because of our server Delaney. There were some mishaps with our food from the kitchen, and my family and I were already having a bad day. But Delaney took the time to make us smile and delivered our food with more than just regular service. She paid extra attention to my mother who has been quite ill. And it’s hard making her smile nowadays, which stuck with me. Even with the food mishaps and my family’s bickering, we were more than happy with her service. Just wanted to give her a shout out. Thanks. And of course I’ll be back to dine another time.
