Food was good, service was ok. The host team could attempt smiling but it really seemed out of their ability, the server got us what we needed, but made no real effort at hospitality. They must of been grossly understaffed as we were on a wait with many others for a mostly empty restaurant. I will order togo next time. Not worth the extra tip to eat inside.

Alex and the entire staff are absolutely amazing. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for how you treated my friend's father for his first anniversary without his wife. I called a day earlier to take care of the bill without him knowing and come to find out they took care of it. Next time I'm in the area I will be stopping in to thank you all in person.

We are long time customers and have eaten here many times over the years as have usually been very satisfied after lunch or dinner. The last time we came was about 4 months ago and I had ordered a Strip with Baked potato cooked medium. My meal arrived and I could see after a bite or 2 it turned too rare and caught the waitresses attention for her to return to kitchen to be heated a little closer closer to medium. She didn’t seem too pleased but returned with a complete new steak and sides and I thanked her for it. But again, the exact thing happened and I did try to eat it but finally gave it up to return because it was cool in the middle so that’s how rare it was. Well when I was able to get her attention again she asked rather shortly what would be the problem and I stated I’m not eating this steak just bring my check please.She grabbed the plate and muttered “oh I see now, you’re one of those” as she was walking away. I looked at my wife and asked did I understand her correctly and she said yes and was as shocked as I was.
Anyhow, we returned today about noon time and were seared promptly as there were few customers. My wife had parmesan chicken with asparagus and for myself a a chop stead with gravy, onions and without mushrooms. Our meal arrived promptly and presented well and my wife enjoyed hers as I again received an almost raw but beautifully charred chopped steak. Today our waitress was top notch and constantly checking her tables and I got her attention easily and she agreed it was much too race. Less than 10 minutes later I got another beautiful charred chop steak that was even more rare than the first. My waitress asked what she could do but I told her my wife is already finished so please just bring our check which she did and then again politely asked me if there was anything she could do. I said yes could I speak with the manager please. She came back with my check adjusted and said there was no manager there but I believe I had seen him earlier. Maybe I’m wrong, or he had left.

I ordered off the lunch menu; steak burger and fries, my plate came with the right size burger cooked the way I wanted, but skimpy fries! What's up with that?! Also had to wait on condiments. ESAs (Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in restaurants!! They do not have the same designations as service animals as dictated by state laws, look it up. It's unsanitary to be holding your dog nad trying to eat at a public restaurant!!

There is no way the meat here is fresh. We ordered filet mignon and it was tough like it was a frozen steak thrown on a grill. Upon raising a complaint the manager decided to argue with me. I can literally go to the market buy fresh steak and it tastes 10 times better.

We've been coming here for seven years. LongHorn always gets it RIGHT!! Amazing salmon, sweet potato and tossed salad, so delicious every time. Tender and juicy ribeye, cooked perfectly with loaded baked potato. Excellent service. Last night Cat was our server. So attentive. Thanks to all!! BTW, you guys can easily compete with any FIVE STAR restaurant!!

Always love coming here. We sit at the bar Hightower tables and the past 2 times we went, Gabriel was our server. This young man held it down! Had the entire bar area and all of the hightops solo. Was super friendly and checked on us frequently. Food was amazing as usual.
