I’m big on first impressions, and they were great. I’m a fan of Chicken Marsala, but it wasn’t on the menu; although they had veal and a soup. But they made it for me, and it was delicious. My wife was very happy with her meal, too. Will definitely be back.

I loved all the restaurants we've been to while staying down here for 5 days. BUT, the May River grill was the best tasting, the best atmosphere (12 tables plus a bar),and service was tops! We had the She crab soup, The oysters variety plate for appetizers. Excellent! My significant other had the scallops, and I had the stuffed shrimp. Both came with outstanding flavorful mashed potatoes and perfectly cooked and seasoned julienned vegetables with a couple small crowns of broccoli. Delicious. If you come to Bluffton, this is a must-stop. Make reservations.
