Three of us ordered the pasta pomodoro. It looks good on the plate but it absolutely had no flavor. I had to add salt and pepper and Parmesan and still with broth up

I was attending a private event so about 40 of us had the place to ourselves. The staff and service was exceptional. No complaints there. But I thought the food was lackluster. I had the fried flounder. I think they used the wrong type of Panko crumbs to coat the fish. There were no seasonings, no flavor. A light tartar sauce was on the fish, which I thought a bit unusual given that it is typically on the side for the customer to add. It had no flavor. As a matter of fact, the side of rice had no flavor either. The side of vegetables were well cooked, but no seasonings. Did the owners think that because we were a mostly elder group that we don't use seasonings? On the contrary, we need more because our taste buds are shot. This was not worth what we paid. I do, however, think they tried. They are just not good cooks. Located on May River Rd.

I’m big on first impressions, and they were great. I’m a fan of Chicken Marsala, but it wasn’t on the menu; although they had veal and a soup. But they made it for me, and it was delicious. My wife was very happy with her meal, too. Will definitely be back.
