This restaurant is as rotten as the GM who runs it. She must be the owner, too, because she's still there. I'm an Ubereats driver, (former customer), tried to pick up an order for delivery today. Unfortunately the loudmouth GM, who obviously can't handle any modicum of stress, would not give me the order because I called her out for not listening when I tried repeatedly to tell her the name on the order. She talks over everyone and never hears anything but her own loud, grating voice. There could not be a more abrasive, unprofessional person running a business. F- grade for the GM.

Really nasty general manager. If you're unlucky enough to get her going through the drive-thru, she talks through you when you're trying to place your order - repeatedly. She literally MUST be the one speaking at all times. Then she gets your order wrong because she wasn't listening. When you try to correct her, she gets testy and says she won't serve you at all. She was still ranting through the speaker this morning as I drove away to Chick-fil-A. Also, you can hear her yelling at employees all the way from Circle K across the street. There are some really nice employees working at this location, many of which would make much better managers. Sadly, the general manager in place is the biggest problem and the architect of most negative experiences at this location. I'm being kind in my wording. I ate here almost every morning for years, but hey, it's pretty much right next to Chick-fil-A, which is better, and with employees/management who know how to talk to customers! Regarding the owner's response, I've supplied all the information needed to address the problem. I recently saw one of the best ever employees who quit because of the GM, and is now working elsewhere. They're lucky to have her. She informed me that the individual discussed in my review is the GM, so I edited accordingly.

I had a really good experience at this McDonald’s location. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and everything I ordered came out hot and fresh. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, and the drive-thru moved smoothly without a long wait.
What stood out to me was the attention to detail—my order was accurate, and the food tasted just as it should. The fries were hot and crispy, and the burger was put together well, not sloppy. It felt like the team here actually cared about making sure customers had a positive visit.
Overall, this McDonald’s exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stop by again when I’m in Bluffton.
I went here and ordered multiple of the $5 meals as advertised. Was charged $5.50 per meal. When I asked for a receipt the girl gave me a blank piece of receipt paper. I pointed out to her that it was blank and she just giggled and said she knew. Someone else printed the receipt for me. When the food came, it was halfway unwrapped. When I called to complain, I was basically told that they are a franchise and can charge whatever they want. I told them this is false advertisement and I’ve basically been ignored since. Staff need more training as well as management. Will not return to this location!

Dirty tables, no napkins out, and good luck trying to get someone’s attention to ask them for one. Asked if they could open the play place (why would it even be closed?) the manager said no. Long ticket times. Do not go!
