There have always been race issues from certain females who work for Bluffton McDonald’s locations all around 20’s. I’ve worked in the business of delivery for years as a part time and full time job as it’s quite profitable. Your employee refused to serve two white women asking for a fork and asking for an order that had been ready for a while according to the details. You know who it is. There is no way you have not had issues with this employee before. Your employees are some of the most Racist I’ve ever seen traveling the country. It’s unacceptable and thst one should be fired. Waited five minutes with no line for someone to come to cash register. Someone finally showed up multitasking orders for drive thru as well. They told me to use the screen next time for faster service.
I know McDonald's corporate reads these reviews, so let me be clear: if your plan for the future of McDonald's is to leave the register abandoned completely because I can do the work for you on a big screen, you can fully eat my ass. There is no escuse, none, for a fast food place to have nobody taking any orders. And don't you dare blame the franchisee or manager; I know this is a corporate choice.

This is nonsense today I come here almost every day been trying to hit here every day for breakfast and today was disappointing. The food was greasy. They weren’t very attentive and when I asked them to put a hash brown and ketchup on my bagel, they told me to take a hike and do it myself. To make matters worse they then proceeded to not give me anything else I ordered on top of being given an attitude in the drive-through and asking me like it’s not my problem. what about the secret menu? Is that a problem too? What if I wanted something off of that I asked for something custom might as well go to hell with the way I’m going That’s basically what they told me to go to hell
