I’ve done the take out order three times first time was good second time my order was incorrect I didn’t say anything because I was on my lunch break third time there wasn’t any effort my chimichanga wasn’t cooked just rolled up with meat and cheese on top everything was cold. I don’t know if its because I didn’t tip for a to go order but the customer service from the servers aren’t the best either they don’t greet you or offer the lunch menu at lunch time from every time I’ve come to this restaurant. I’ve had better customer service/food from a taco food truck.

I went in on Sunday July 20th, service was slow and the waitress didn’t even come by to ask if we needed anything else once we got our food. It wasn’t busy- it was only my table which was a party of two and another table party of 3 that was there. Once I got my check I noticed the gratuity was already included for a party of two. Very bad service and tip is expected for poor service.

They don’t do well with take out orders… the last few times they have forgotten something, whether it’s an ingredient that comes with the meal or a side that comes with the meal. Not worth the money if you’re not getting everything you order. It’s a shame too, next time we’ll just opt for Taco Bell drive thru instead or any of the other 100 Mexican restaurants around here.

Our first time here, and the food was good, but soft corn tortillas were a wet and flimsy - very good taste though. Waitress was eating and drinking behind the bar between carrying out plates and grabbing can drinks. It’s too bad bc the food was really good - just not sure how sanitary.

We found this restaurant by accident because google showed us the wrong address for another restaurant. I'm so glad we found it. The food was delicious, and the lady helping us was very polite, patient, and informative. The decor was great! Loved seeing Cantinflas and Frida Kahlo

I absolutely love this place. I take the family here or get to-go meals at least once a week. Service is prompt and helpful, the food is delicious with very respectable servings, and it always comes with a smile.
I am a teacher at one of the local school, I call the manager and ask him if he could accommodate 25 of my Spanish 1 student for a cultural experience, and they did not disappoint. Since we walked through the door they were waitress waiting on us, the food was amazing so was their costumer service, they were super patient, kind and very attentive. Thank you management for the amazing experience we had today at Mexically Fresh Bluffton

Just wait for the first time not what I was expecting. I ordered a California burrito. It was supposed to have cheese and guacamole on it. It did not. I was supposed to get french fries I did not. It’s self serve. It’s not someplace. I’ll ever go again.

I have ordered takeout from here a few times and really liked the food. We were in the area and decided to dine in for lunch. Honestly some of the best tacos I’ve had in the local area. The only complaint is that you can’t mix and match the tacos. I would have loved to try a variety. Staff was nice and helpful, would recommend, will come back sometime soon.

Cute place but so sad. No love in the food. Chicken and steak in burritos was chewy. Even the cheese dip was hard on the top Barely took 2 bites of our burritos. Im so sorry for this review. Our server was nice but food was not good.
