Food was great and served as asked. Three of us had the salmon and all were cooked as suggested. Dessert was amazing.

We loved the food and Kevee our wait staff was exceptional. She was super friendly, professional, accommodating and checked on us often and went out of her way to make us feel cherished. We were greeted with a bowl of tasty cornbread soon after we got our drinks. The Salmon was cooked to perfection, the Shrimp and Grit was just as Amazing. Quality of food was exceptional. The hostess took time and gave us options of seating that we wanted. The greeter came to greet us and welcomed us. The waitstaff who gave us water asked if we were happy with the seat we chose. We had several days of NO Air conditioning and no internet due to the recent lightning strike. Everyone was so attentive and really made us feel special after several days of challenging living conditions. The live music livened up the evening. We will definitely come back. Thank you for making our evening so enjoyable. Montage certainly train all their staff well and set high bar for the service industry to thrive towards.
We were staying at the Montage (beautiful, amazing experience overall), and ordered 14oz NY strip- agree with other reviews that this is not a prime cut of meat. It was actually served already sliced which is a first, and the two steaks we ordered (flank & frites) were not warm, but almost cold. Very disappointing considering the location and price point. They did comp the steaks but offered no explanation for the cutting or temperature.

Gary was amazing! He was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience fantastic. And the FOOD - OMG, the Carolina rice, tomato salad, fish of the day, and shrimp and grits was out of this world. We had a fabulous experience.

I visited this restaurant last month and Michael was my waiter. I believe he told me it was his first or second night on the floor and before that, he was a bartender. I told him that he found is niche on the floor. He was very pleasant, personable, and had a great sense of humor. He also recommended a really delicious dish for dinner and dessert. Overall great experience.

Overall we had a good night. Our service was wonderful. Eugene and Fred were attentive and provided great service. Fred even got my wife a mocktail ‘so we could cheers' to our expected baby. The sushi and soup were wonderful, especially the soup was just flavorful and delicious. We split the steak special and it was just a little tough and difficult to cut/ even chew. The rest of the dish such as th risotto and the peanut mole were great. Would recommend folks to come here just wouldn't recommend the steak.
