Brisket sandwich good, parmesan truffle fries cold! No hand soap in men's or woman's bathroom! Notified hostess before ordering (I told her I really needed to wash my hands, I had to use my sanitizer) and still empty after eating! Wonder how clean the hands the people handling food would be? One of Bluffton's hidden gems. It's a great place to hang out and listen to some live music and enjoy good food in a great atmosphere.Parking: Parking in Old Town is always a little challenging, but don't let that stop you from eating here!

My wife and I went out to Bluffton and met some friends for dinner at the Dispensary. Stephanie was ou waitress. She was excellent. Professional, friendly and had a fantastic smile. I had the Brisket sandwich. My wife the Salad with shrimp. Our guests had a burger and fish tacos. All the meals were delicious and was a wonderful meal for a great price. Rustic decor with a family atmosphere added to the success of our stay. Thank you Stephanie for being cute as a button and making our dinner experience 5 star!! Keep up the good work. It’s rare that I disagree with a 4.5 star average rating, but unfortunately my visit today wasn’t a 4.5 star experience. When arriving i noticed some folks that I saw somewhere else in town about 10 minutes earlier were seated in an area on the left side of the building. I asked if we could sit by them and was denied - citing being 7 minutes too late to sit there - at 3:07PM. It was a nice shaded area that looked quite comfortable for outside seating, which we prefer. So, my wife and I chose to sit at a table in front of the main doors. Our visit itself was somewhat uneventful. My wife had a sweet tea marinaded chicken sammich, and I had the burger. The food was good. Onion rings were also notably good. I liked that nothing was overly salty. The lady that assisted us was happy and personable, but she did let both of our drinks (unsweet tea and water) stay empty for quite a while and never offered to refresh them. Overall we definitely didn’t hate this, but the review ratings were so good that we really felt it didn’t measure up. I sort of wish we would’ve visited a different restaurant.

Old Town Dispensary rocks! We had my husband's surprise birthday party there & it was perfect! Brian was so helpful and accommodating. He made the planning a breeze with zero stress. The food was delicious. The service was great. Atmosphere was fun! We were able to comfortably fit 40 people on the side deck. We've a had a few events at The Dispensary. Highly Recommended!!

Old Town Dispensary rocks! We had my husband's surprise birthday party there & it was perfect! Brian was so helpful and accommodating. He made the planning a breeze with zero stress. The food was delicious. The service was great. Atmosphere was fun! We were able to comfortably fit 40 people on the side deck. We've a had a few events at The Dispensary. Highly Recommended!!

I had my surprise bday party at The Dispensery and it was outstanding. The food was yummy, pulled pork was great and their fries are best in town. The atmosphere was great with the live band. And the staff (Brian) was great, constantly checking on us and attentive. THANK YOU!

This was actually a birthday party where we had some. I guess it was a chicken and pulled pork with some fries. The food was awful. I ate about four fries and had to throw away the rest. Needless to say we end up going to another restaurant for dinner because we were hungry. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the quality of food we receive at the old town dispensary, because in the past we never had this issue.
