If you want an average, forgettable breakfast experience, this is the place! The food is just okay. The service is slow. The coffee is bad. If you want something really delicious, go to First Watch. Or, if you want the best expression of a cheap breakfast, go to Waffle House at exit 8.
We been going to Omelette Cafe for awhile now, plus we understand price increases BUT this increases was way out of line .
At one time one egg, grits & toast was $3.50 the it went up to $6.50 ( I could be off a small bit) now 1 egg & grits with toast is $8.95 is ridiculous. Almost a $2.50 higher. I understand going up a dollar. Maybe a $1.50. But $2.50. Another example., 2 pieces of bread with one scrabble egg costing $4.95. No cheese no meat. ...
