We opened our Thanksgiving order for 4 and the Key Lime pie we paid for was not there when we got back to HHI. We called HHI Hot Momma’s and they said we could pay another 21.00 for the same pie we already paid for. Bluffton location would not answer the phone but they more than readily accepted our tip for an incomplete order. The amount of food they gave us for 4 was nowhere near the 2023 order. We will NEVER do business with this franchise ever again

The bar menu and drink selection are great. The staff took awesome care of everyone, ensuring all was well with the food, serving with the biggest smile and impeccable manners. The team followed up, and the atmosphere is wonderful, with clean facilities and staff who appeared to really love making people happy. Awwsome crew and food!
