The best BBQ in the Bluffton/Hilton Head area. Great menu, hot BBQ sauce that’s actually hot. Great bar menu and drink selection. Awesome vibe for hanging out with friends. Founded by the legendary Miss Orchid. Highly recommended.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a fabulous meal at your Bluffton location! From the time we walked in last Monday, Labor Day, until we left, your staff took awesome care of us and ensured all was well with our food! Ashton served our food with the biggest smile and impeccable manners, as well as the waitress and other staff! The team followed up with us and the brisket remains the best in town, and the burger never disappoints! Thank you for a wonderful meal in a wonderful atmosphere, clean facilities, and staff who appeared to really love making people happy! Awwsome crew and food!

They really have some of the best brisket and pulled pork in the area but there's just a disconnect with the service mentality. It's not the kind of place where they're happy you're there, it's the kind of place where you're supposed to be happy that they will serve you food and you will pay for it. Has anyone ever been to a barbecue place that refuses to chop the brisket? I buy a pound of pork or a pound of brisket there almost every week, and every week I try and get my brisket chopped, and every week someone calls back to tell me they're very busy and they cannot chop the brisket. Why not? Too busy. Not customer service oriented....

I drove 30 min with a group of 22 to eat lunch here after one of our family members graduated from Marine Boot Camp. At lunch time on a Friday We were told there was a 50 min wait even though there were many open tables and ALL the outside tables were completely open. When I asked if we could be seated outside I was told “we aren’t seating outside do to the rain” but it wasn’t raining at all and all the tables were under the covered section on the porch. We walked over to the nearby Cinco Mexican Grill and were seated and served immediately.
Great BBQ. One of our favorite places to hit up in Hilton Head! Worst part is the wait for a table.

Horrible service. The ribs are like eating microwave ribs, but more importantly the management and staff are high, and act like they’re clueless. Never again!

The absolute worst people you could ever deal with! Even the supposed GM (Mark) had zero customer service skills. Keep running off customers that spend $700 a month there, and see where it gets you Mark.
