I’ve been coming here for a while and usually enjoyed the food, but the quality and service have gotten really bad recently. A few days ago I ordered the teriyaki wings and they were dry with almost no sauce, which was disappointing because they’re normally good. Today I ordered a large beef and broccoli combo, and the portion had very little beef and mostly broccoli. I called to ask about it and the call was hung up on, so I went in person to get it resolved. When I got there, the staff were laughing and had an attitude. The manager told me I “should have ordered a small” if I wanted more meat. That doesn’t make any sense a large should come with more, not less. They then told me I had to pay $2 more just to get more beef, even though I had already paid for a large. And when they added more, the meat still didn’t look or taste fresh. It had an off smell and texture, like it had been sitting out too long or not cooked properly. For the price I paid, this ended up being a waste of money. According to their menu, this dish is offered in Small or Large sizes but what I got as a large looked like a small, and the quality was not acceptable. The experience was unprofessional and disappointing, and I left feeling disrespected as a loyal customer. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the service, food freshness, and portion consistency. This is unacceptable.

The WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. Dingy dirty restaurant. Mostly takeout. Sat at table and was presented with takeout container and tiny plastic fork. Useless! Small portion with tasteless beef and chicken entrees. Weird yellow rice with onion. Just awful.

Just picked up carry-out. Sesame chicken plate, and sweet & sour plate. All the food just seemed old and chicken was tough. Egg rolls not very good either. Fortune cookies stale. Normally we are very easy to please but this was not good at all. Hope we don't get sick later.

Just put on blinders when you go in. The place is a hot mess and falling apart but it's one of those hole-in-the-wall places with great food.
I order food there a lot. It has been fresh and very tasty. It has always been a pleasure. Place is clean and people are friendly. And the servings are huge.

This is awful and for the price I really don't know how they're still going. Pitiful you sell imitation crab meat in what's supposed to be LOBSTER lo mein... And don't get me started on the soup I don't want to hurt their feelings. The folks are very polite and wonderful but this was a complete waste of $27 I could have spent elsewhere. How do you serve fake crab as lobster.

This is the filthiest restaurant I have seen since I live here in Bluffton. I ordered LoMein, fried rice and boneless ribs. I threw the entire meal away. Don’t not waste your money here. I had to give it one star because you cannot write a review without touching the stars. Really bad food!!
