Been ordering from this location for the past 5 years. The quality has gone way down. Undercooked pizza, very little toppings, and wrong type of crust. Very disappointed.

I have been ordering pizza from this location for over 20 years. I have ordered only twice in the last 6 months and both times it has taken an hour and a half to prepare the order. Both times the place was fully staffed with little to no explanation given other than "we're busy". Completely unacceptable and I will no longer spend any money here.

I placed a delivery order about a month back took 3 hours to get the pizza and I had to go and pick it up and didn't get to eat because I had to go to work. I have tried to place an order 4 different days in the last week and a half and it will not go through and now my wife has been on hold for the last half an hour and our order will not go through.

Ordered 2 pizzas from this Papa John’s while on vacation in Bluffton. Both came quite literally raw. The dough can still be kneaded. It’s like they ran it through the conveyer just long enough to brown the top and make it look finished. Guess my wife and I won’t eat tonight since this was our desperate attempt to get a meal after a 6 hour road trip. Instead of the Epic Stuffed Crust, I got dough and a cold mozzarella stick.

The making of the pizza was rushed, I can tell because some slices didn't have cheese on it and the toppings were bunched up in clumps not evenly distributed, instead of better ingredients, better pizza, start with getting better employee's to learn how make a simple pizza first, I shouldn't of have tip

The service was horrible, I asked for it to be delivered to my home, and I placed the order at 8:20 p.m., the pizza arrived until 11 p.m., I think they didn't have delivery people but they should have put that since they never answered me by phone, they sent it to me with a delivery person from an app and it arrived almost cold and very late, like I said if they don't have a delivery service it's better for them to announce it on the platform or page or whatever but let them let me know and I would have looked for a way to go get it better. it was terrible service.
No sauce on pepperoni pizza & it was dry & cold. Buffalo wings not cooked good & also cold. Will not order again.

Halloween night.. so I'ma waiting a whole hour not fussing at all and my order still comes out wrong I wish I saw this before I left the store I'm so upset this needs to be improved.
