I’m really not sure how there are so many bad reviews, I’ve been ordering from this papa John’s for years and years and I’ve never had any issues. They are always prompt and quick, never had a wrong order and a lot of the times they get here earlier than originally expected. Pizza is always hot and right with delivery and pick up

I ordered a Philly cheese steak papadia received green pepper and onion. I also ordered 6 wings but received 5 tiny wings for $9.50

Excellent customer service from Michael. Ordered through door dash and was delivered the complete wrong order. Called and spoke with Michael who had our correct order ready to pick up in minutes at no extra charge after explaining the situation and showing the receipt.

Delivery is not good . Waited for a pizza deliver 4-13 shows delivered. When i call the womens says she tried to deliver at the gate she called and no answer. I have no missed calls on my cell phone. So we had to go pick up. This has happened in the past.
