the food was good, however when interacting with the staff don't expect a single one to know a lick of English. The decor was fine

Had the Tilapia. It was amazing. Also loved the homemade hot sauce and horchata.

Small restaurant but very comfortable. My husband eats Mexican food since I love it. I had the shrimp burrito and the sauces came on the side. He ordered the pork chop with rice, salad, beans and served over plantains. We also had guacamole. All was wonderful...and affordable. Will go back for sure!

The first thing is that they charge you 20% to serve you the food! He brought us what he wanted. The lettuce was black and he said it was because they probably put something hot on it. The roast meat was burnt. 5 people with different dishes and all

BREAKFAST!Atmosphere is perfect for what it is ...off the beaten track, just about the food and friendliness. Met at the door by Oscar. Friendly with a real smile. Spouse and I ordered from the menu, including advice from Oscar. Menu is deceptively simple. We got bacon and delicious home fries not on the menu, just included. He got the Mexican omelet. I especially enjoyed the WARMED mild tomato based salsa I got to drizzle over my food. Sunnyside up eggs were perfect, crispy corn tortillas were delicious. So glad we tried this tucked out of the way spot. Will be back for breakfast and more!

Staff speaks no English, ordered one plate of combo fajitas and she brought 2, charged for 2. And to top it off there were multiple dark hairs in the fajitas. Couldn't communicate with them well enough to discuss the issues.

100% still open and delicious!!!We arrived just before closing, I know, the worst. But they welcomed us in and told us to take our time. Luckily we had already looked at the menu and had an idea of what we wanted. We ordered the Pollo Asado and some Steak Supes. Wow! Both dishes were fantastic. The pollos asado with plantains was superb, unique and delicious. The supes came on fluffy corn tortillas. I don’t know how they made them but I want to learn how. So good! And the house made hot sauces, FIRE! The red sauce was actually fire and super hot. The green sauce was so good we took some home with us for the leftovers. We plan to eat in the morning with some eggs. Yum!Our server! She was so sweet, accommodating, and friendly. She was so nice and made us feel welcome, even if it was nearly closing time.Pinchos Grill is a little hole in the wall but definitely a hidden gem! Don’t judge the place by the appearance of the location and give it a try! Definitely we’ll worth the experience!

We stopped by here for a vacation lunch. It was delicious! We got chicken fajitas, steak tacos, and chicken tenders for our kids. The ice waters came with limes. They serve breakfast from 7am-2pm Tuesday - Sunday. The service was great too! This seems like a little hidden gem.

Seriously one of the most authentic places I’ve eaten at - while their selection for seafood was low, the quantity/quality of food delivered was amazing, not to mention the best bang for the buck as the prices were low and extremely reasonable!!! Our server was very helpful and polite (English and Spanish speaking). Please be aware that no alcohol is served here, but don’t let that stop you!!!!Kid-friendliness: The server was very nice and offered candy to my son.Wheelchair accessibility: The location is a little small, but they are accommodating/accepting of my little one who is handicapped.

July 2023 had the pupusas and a breakfast meal. Very good. Pork wasn't fatty nor was the chicken. Service was great and our waiter was friendly and checked on us frequently. Will eat here any time we are in Hilton Head. Hidden gem. It's tucked away and may be hard to find. It is next to the AT&T store off of Malphrus Road.
