Walked in and the lady at front took my order and immediately after sat on the window chair to watch a show on her phone, there was a vape on the counter and the person who made our pizza didn’t have any gloves just their bare hands making the pizza which is completely unsanitary considering I didn’t see them wash their hands prior or after making the pizza. It just made me wonder how many more orders they have made before washing their hands before touching other people’s food. Not adding I asked for a simple large Hawaiian pizza that ended up being 30+ dollars for just 8 slices, unsatisfactory service would be the least I could say about today’s service.

Not a good experience i ordered online got it delivered missing 1 item then I called the store the transfer never goes through and can't get no one to help so now the inconvenience for me to go to the store to pick up my missing item at that point I should of just got it for carry out instead of paying for delivery never getting pizza from this location again !!!!!!

Took 30 minutes after they said my pizza was out for delivery, I live 5 minutes away, Showed up cold. Ordered wings and got processed chicken nuggets. Store never answered the phone and I called 3 times to find out the status of my order and they never answered any call. I will never order from this store again. The only reason I gave the star rating I did is the pizza (when warmed) wasn't horrible.

Walked in for lunch on a Friday. One guy there. No other customers in store. He told me to wait and proceeded to go to the back. I’m no pizza expert but he was taking his time working on other pizzas. Seemed like he was hoping I will leave. At the end I did. Not even bad service. More like no service.

Unprofessional…I walked in and the worker was in front of the desk in the waiting area sitting on her phone…she did not acknowledge me at all. I should’ve just walked out. Finally after finishing whatever she was doing on her phone she just looked at me and waited for me to order. Immediately after ordering, she came in front of the desk again and sat back on her phone. It was very awkward. Then my order beeped and she didn’t take her eyes off her phone, kept texting and slowly walked to the back, never set her phone down not once. I’m just thinking of phone germs in my food since she did not wash her hands after….although I will say when she did interact, she was nice. Just seemed very preoccupied

There are three customers waiting at this Pizza Hut door at 11PM. The store says that it’s open until 12AM, and the website allows order until then. This is ridiculous. Wasting people’s time and now extra effort has to be put in to call customer service and request a refund.

Called to order a pizza to be delivered. I am from out of town and I was blown away by the fabulous service I receive from Denise Maxwell. She was so patient. I couldn't remember the address, she said, take your time. She went over my order and remembered I was visiting Bluffton and told me to have a wonderful time in Bluffton. Her service skills could land her a job at any upscale resort. It is rare to experience the superb service she provided me

Service was EXCELLENT, but the pizza was terrible...had one square, and the rest was history...crust was very flat and so gummy to the point where it stuck in my teeth. Almost tasting like it had no leavening or was old. The whole pizza remains in the fridge.
