We had an outstanding anniversary dinner and River House is a beautiful restaurant right on the water. The wedge salad was amazing and the nueske bacon was smoky and delectable. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly. The peppered ahi tuna was super fresh and seared right to perfect temperature. The fresh cut fries with the aioli were delicious and addictive. The mushrooms were also a great addition. Deserts of chocolate noir with sesame ice cream and the strawberry rhurbarb cheesecake were unique and off the chart good. Last but not least, our server Benny was amazing with wonderfully attentive service. 5 stars!!!

Our dinner at the Riverhouse was excellent. The service was amazing. Our waiter Bryce's attention to detail was impressive. We all felt like he wasn't just serving our meals but instead, provided us with a memorable dining experience. I would highly recommend dining at the River House. And when you do, be sure to request Bryce.

The River House exceeded our expectations in every way. Vlad was our main server but we were also taken care of by Bennie, Felipe and Jordan. Vlad treated us like royalty and spoiled us from start to finish of our dining experience. We met some of the nicest staff and thoroughly enjoyed the Lowcountry charm and southern hospitality. It won't be our last visit!

Everything had a unique flavor and complemented each other. Really enjoyed the view and the service was excellent. The scollops were perfection! Cocktails too!! Favorites were the fog in the garden & screened porch.

Out main sever didn't seem very happy. Our steak came out rare and had to be sent back. It was still very good. Thought the prices were extremely high.

Among our very best dining experiences ever. The staff was first rate. They knew the menu and how the dishes were prepared. Every course was spectacular, thoughtfully prepared for unique flavors. And the ambiance was understated elegance.

River House exceeded our expectations. We are new to Bluffton, have asked many where to go for dinner, most say the best restaurants are on Hilton Head. Nonetheless we thought the location and ambience of River House would carry us through even a mediocre meal. That said, this was not to be of concern. With decades of restaurant experiences from New York to Miami, and myself a pretty good cook, this restaurant exceled: The staff was eagle eyed and attentive to the smallest of details, every dish presentation beautiful, and the quality excellent. We were dining for a special occasion, Vladimir (who was our main hosting server) and River House made this an evening we will always remember.

This dining experience deserves a Michelin rating. The most attentive wait staff, the most delicious flavor creations, the best drinks (Mint Julep!!), the best experience all around. Noel is a top-tier hospitality expert and a model for service and courtesy, who clearly makes the people around him even better through his positivity and charm. Chef Daniel Vesey is a star, from the one-bite lemon-rosemary-ricotta starting gun to whatever finish line you reach, I have never left this restaurant wanting anything, and I'm still smiling about it today. Definitely try the duck confit appetizer for a lesson in how to fry, the steaks are superb, the risotto with squash blossoms was heavenly. The raw Washington oysters were so fresh. Lobster bisque, best I've ever tasted—was half tempted to tip the bowl over my face. Sides with the steak were spinach with chicharrones crumbles, wasabi root, mushroom medley (these were absolutely delicious, and Chef does not skimp on quality or quantity of the mushrooms served in individual pots—perfection!), and bone marrow. Even the peach-brioche bread and homemade butter stood out to me. Why are you still reading? Go, make a reservation now. RIVER HOUSE IS THE BEST CULINARY AND DINING EXPERIENCE WITHIN 1,000 MILES.
