This is absolutely the go to catering business in the Low Country. We had a large party of over 40 people at our house for a party and Specialty Catering (aka Bluffton Catering dot com) supplied the food. They did not skip on the dishes. We had a large platter of meat lasagna, 2 platters of vegetarian stuffed shells (spinach and cheese), and a side salad. It was fantastic. With over 40 people attending we still had a ton of food left over, which we promptly froze for future meals....read full review
