This Starbucks is very convenient for me but unfortunately won’t be able to go back. Tisha was fantastic but now they have a new young man working here who is a complete disaster. I put a mobile order in for 3 drinks 30 minutes before showing up and when I arrived he asked if I could come back ONE HOUR later when he’s had time to make one of the ingredients. The next time I ordered one drink 20 minutes ahead and it had not even been started when I showed up. Clearly this is the norm now, avoid this location unless you want to spend half your day here

The slowest Starbucks. Google said they had a drive through, they did not. Decided to go in, that was a mistake. 20 minutes later we were on the road.

All the girls are really fantastic but on several occasions I have had very bad service from ETHAN, he always says that the frapuccino blender is in bad condition when I know it is a lie because all the other girls sell it without a problem, it takes him 20 minutes to deliver me a coffee

I get it, it’s Easter Sunday, but still. But Tisha was absolutely fantastic super respectful, and just a delightful person. Really made my morning.

This Starbucks is a small location inside kroger with only 1-2. Baristas at a time BUT they ALWAYS get the line done quick. Today I was helped by mariana & she was so welcoming and kind & got my order done in a very timely fashion as well the other customers& had a bunch of happy customers on there way very quickly & drinks were great!

I have gotten 2 drinks now that are not what I've ordered. I got the first one & tried to go back and they were closed 10 mins later (in the morning). I called 4x & each time they were closed (over the last 2 days). A coworker went this morning & got drinks, again mine was incorrect. Today I ordered a caramel macchiato with 3x shots of espresso and my drink was full of milk & very light on the top and full of caramel sauce. The lady working is rude everytime I go there. I still need a remake or refund from my first drink. But there hasn't been a manager or they are closed the last few days when I call.

I love this Starbucks! the best one in Bluffton in my opinion. The staff are always great to me, it’s also slightly cheaper than all of the other SB’s in the area.
