I had such an amazing experience at Starbucks thanks to the incredible barista, Grace! She truly went above and beyond to make my visit special. Not only was she friendly and welcoming, but she also made my 4-year-old feel like a VIP, which made his day. Seeing him so happy to be there was priceless.

I was having coffee/ breakfast this morning and by some random thought process by the manager or employee, someone decided to sweep the main seating area, flinging dust all around the room. It didn’t make the coffee taste any better and it was annoying. She was oblivious to the customers who were eating and drinking. I don’t want to be a Grinch, but how about some common sense!?!
