I do not know the name of the girl who was behind the counter but she was the RUDEST worker I have ever experience! Her attitude toward my daughter, who wanted to build her own sandwich at a place that advertises you build your own, was ridiculous! We will never go to this place again. And I suggest you do not either!

This particular location 1460 Fording island rd in bluffton S.C. use to be amazing back in July 2019. Now it's like none of the staff cares. They close at just about 3 pm if they're even open anymore these days. And considering I work in the area and that's one of the only decent restaurant options near by, it makes things very inconvenient. Hours say open until 9 or 9:30pm and they've been closed for about an hr now. Staff has bad attitude and just overall unsatisfied. Use to be a regular. Now I wouldn't even recommend this location for even a beverage option

I went here to get my lady and I some sandwiches and the new person working there couldn't operate the card machine and referred me to go to the next door witnesses for a atm machine or cash withdrawal from a purchase. None of those options were available. Subway, please train your staff so they may be able to serve their customers and to make sure the staff in charge are taking care of. The older man looked like he was going to have a panic attack and I stayed calm, as well as not freak out on him because that's unnecessary. I'll rant my frustration and hunger here.

I went in at a slow time on Saturday and Barbie helped me with my order. She went above and beyond expectations and helped with suggestions! The other guy working was also cleaning up and keeping the inside nice. I really enjoyed the visit and Barbie's awesome service!

Brittney was has great customer service and she was very professional and patient with taking our order. We're visiting from Fort Worth Texas and wanted the manager's to know that she was the best at that location

Abby had a horrible attitude. There was another girl there with braids who was just as rude. Abby stared me down when I walked in the store and gave me attitude the whole time. Also the food was not good. My chicken wasn't heated properly and the girls refused to fill the ice machine.
The employees are slow and dont know where anything is, they were not helpful at all and eventhough there was only one customer infront of me i spend a good portion of my lunch standing there without any service. By the time i was asked what i would like it took them even longer to tell me they didnt have the ingredients and by then i just had to go back to work hungry. Will not be coming back!
