All of these bad reviews probably come from not-so-great people. If you treat others nicely, they’ll do the same for you. I come here frequently and always get a nice greeting, a delicious sandwich and most times even a nice conversation. Being kind takes you far- some of these reviewers should consider what they did wrong to get such “bad service”. I don’t know how to spell her name, but Jerusha “J” is phenomenal. Nice, funny and makes her sandwiches with love. Give her a raise.

The employees were laughing and joking around the whole time. Only 1 of 4 working, the rest were goofing off and being totally rude. I hope one of them was not the manager. The only with purple highlight was the only one working, the rest were jerks!

Every time I order online and have it delivered to my job they make it wrong. Never what I asked for never the right bread or cheese its kinda like they make whatever they want and send bc I can’t send it back. And when I come in the store when I get out of work the door is always locked at 6 with a sign saying sorry inside closed but has all there friends sitting down at the tables, and they you have to use the drive threw, witch doesn’t have the options like in store.

I just left out the store the young man that did my order was very nice and polite but the young lady had no hairnet very rude and didn’t care how they made the sub I will not be coming back no ice and no turkey. And the lady act like she didn’t care she just wanted us out

I stopped in the drive-thru to get a bottle of water and my change from a $5 bill should have been $1.71. But they only returned $1.00 and chose to keep the 71 cents. I was on my way to an appointment did not have time to discuss the issue, and I was going to give them a tip anyway, but for them not to give it to me was just inappropriate and unprofessional.

This was on May 20,2025. I never go to Subway anyways because there is always something by going on at this location and since WhichWhich closed down I came here and the drive through is always closed. So I went to go inside and said Wow I’m surprised the drive through is actually opened. Head over to the drive through which is completely blocked by there food truck. Even if I was to go around and “try” to back up I have an SUV I wasn’t going to fit in there.

The guy at the pickup window would not hand me my online order. A Papa Johns Employee who was inside Subway overheard the interaction and grabbed the order and walked outside to hand it to me in my car while parked a foot from the window through which two Subway employees gleefully insisted was not working. Big thumbs up for the Papa Johns guy, but....this was a very creepy very weird experience. The sort of experience that makes you question what the guy does to the food. Offputing, disrespectful, and just unprovoked weirdo stuff.

Went to get my wife a sandwich. She at the hospital with our child. The lady told a man to help . He waved her off and I stood for ten minutes then left . No service . Would not recommend this
