The Thai Food Truck visited our Hilton Head Island resort today. It was their second visit in less than a month. They were delayed in arriving (July 4 traffic?) and wait times were a little longer than before. BUT the Pad Thai and Fried Rice were just as delicious.

I highly recommend Thai Truck to everyone. The chicken Pad Thai is very flavorful and reminds me of the Pad Thai I ate in Thailand. Overall, the food and service are excellent!
