Delicious drinks and breakfasts

Colette

This little cafe oozes with old town charm and whimsy. The atmosphere is bright and laid-back, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The airy porch, adorned with funky and unique mobiles, was a perfect venue for our lunch. This cafe has the best Shrimps and Grits in South Carolina: the cheese grits are light as air, flavoured with rich smoky bacon, onions, mushrooms, scallions and just enough zip to amp up the fun, and the plump and fresh shrimps are perfectly prepared. This dish was accompanied with a lovely crisp green salad and delicious corn bread, making the whole meal a true delight to enjoy. The Cottage Cafe is a real gem!

Delightful Sunday brunch on a two-top in the Cottage porch. I had eggs rancheros over tortillas and my wife had a tasty chicken salad. Bloody Mary was pretty good too. Our server was wonderful. Atmosphere charming.

This place is wonderful! I enjoyed the corn bacon crab pot pie. It was delicious ?! My father had the dirty shrimp grits. Very delicious as well. Their prices are very reasonable. The staff is great, very attentive and we sat outside far away from where the servers are typically located.

This was our second time here, and the food wasn't as good as it was 3 years ago. Just mediocre, but at least it was fresh and beautiful presentation, just lacked flavor. The fried green tomato caprese looked amazing, but the tomatoes themselves were bland. Service was upbeat and friendly, and the atmosphere is always inviting.
