I don't typically take the time to write reviews but if anyone deserves a raving review it's The Sugaree. I moved to Bluffton about two years ago and was in search of a coffee & pastry location to frequent and stumbled upon The Sugaree. The coffee is phenomenal, the food is always delicious, and Jo and Todd are always attentive, kind, and simply good at what they do.I look for places that feel like home and I've found that in The Sugaree. Would recommend to anyone and everyone looking for something amazing in little ol' Bluffton.Note to the tourists who should definitely stop in here, be patient and be kind it's a big operation ran by two great people who deserve that grace.

I drive 50 miles just for the lobster roll. Yes there are other places and serve no side and are not near as good.. The sugaree is owned and operated by a family from Maine. And sides are included.

The Lobster Roll and Potato salad are DELICIOUS! I'm originally from New England, and this lobster roll is among the best that I've ever eaten. The roll is grilled perfectly, and the lobster is tender and buttery with just enough mayo. The potato salad is really great as well. It has bacon, chives, and cheddar with tender yet firm potatoes and a nice tang. Highly recommend.

Ordered a special birthday cake- for me!! I was walked through ideas, and we organized the perfect cake. It was delicious, beautiful, fresh and so well priced!!! I am beyond thrilled!! Great work....vanilla cake with lemon curd filling and lemon butter cream frosting....WOW!!!!

The Sugaree is my favorite breakfast/lunch spot. The bacon, egg, and cheese (mozzarella) on spinach Asiago bread is amazing. The donuts and ice coffee are amazing! Great place with friendly service.

We just moved from the Boston area to Bluffton, SC. We were so happy to find out that a restaurant in Bluffton served lobster rolls. Turned out they serve a really good lobster roll that made us feel like we were in Maine. It not only tasted great, the price was very reasonable, too. We will definitely become regular customers and we noticed that just about everyone there for lunch today was eating a lobster roll, too. Thank you to The Sugaree for bringing the delicious taste of a Maine Lobster Roll to Bluffton!
