I ordered online and stopped in to pick it up. Easy on both ends, the website worked well and let me pick the right wings and sauces, adding fries and corn for those in my household who are not enjoying a keto diet. Picking up the order, the young lady who handed it over seemed like I was doing her a favor by ordering my dinner. "Yes, everything's in there" even though no napkins. At home and unpacking the order, it was correct. Three boxes of ten wings in different flavors, three different sauces, the five pieces of corn and two boxes of fries. The Louisiana Voodoo Fries are pretty tasty - I had one. The wings were sauced properly but not as meaty as I've had elsewhere. Overall, I'd rate this experience as "OK." Great French fries and they are seasoned perfectly . However, the restaurant was understaffed and my order which consisted of 10 wings and french fries took over 30 minutes. I was the only order and still took forever . Wings were small but cooked and prepared well . Managment / ownership needs to step their game up at this location in bluffton.

I personally downloaded yelp to write a review about this Wingstop. I literally NEVER EVER complain about a experience i have had, I just let it roll off and go on about my business. I have never experienced the worst customer service until today. I called in a order and I believe her name is Tasha answered the phone. She answered the phone with a attitude and didn't give a name at all which is whatever. She placed me on hold and then got back on the phone and asked what I would like to order. I gave her my order and asked if I can have my wings a little crispy and then she responded " OOOOHHH WHY YALL ALWAYS DO THIS"? Excuse me are you talking to me am I being punked right now and is this a joke ? "What else can I get you"? I responded nothing and then she told me my order will be ready in 20 min and hung up the phone on me. The manager was no help and acted very nonchalantly about the situation as I expressed my experience. I work in hospitality and hell even received my degree in it. This is definitely a franchised property and whomever owns it needs to know what kind of people they are hiring cause they are definitely not it! If yelp gave a option of negative stars I would have definitely picked it.

Went on a Saturday and only one person was working. He said nobody wants to work on weekends. Bad management. The food toke over 30min. It was good though.

Went in to order and there was one other patron sitting waiting for his order. I placed mine, and waited as a couple came in 7 or 8 minutes later, ordered and got thier's before me. Another gentleman came in stood at the counter and waited 10 minutes as the cashier/manager was not to be found. The cook did acknowledge the guy and said someone would be there. He left and came back as the manager finally came from taking out the trash, and DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS. Everyone got their order before me, when I did get them and got back to the hotel my fries had 100 pounds of salt, some of the carrots had not been peeled at all and the so called bleu cheese sauce tasted like colored water, and the wings had no flavor. $23.94 cents I could have set on fire and got better flavor. This place is a joke.

Two stars instead of one because the assistant managers customer service was good. I got garlic Parmesan and habanero with Cajun fries. Wings were very light on sauce and lacked flavor. Wanted to try them but won't be back.

I love Wingstop and this place kept my love going. The cashier was shorthanded some staff but kept a smile on her face and made sure our order was taken care of. She was so nice and kept checking on us to make sure we were having a good time. For that reason alone, I'll be back time and time again.

We have been ordering from Wingstop and loved it. But my daughter sent an order in via internet and I picked up on way home from work. We sat around and talked a little about our day and then we opened the wings we had gotten into our bed clothes and WOW. These were the most shriveled up pieces of NOTHING I have seen in my life. I called to complaint and the manager told me to bring the chix wings back and she would replace. But I told her it would take me 49 minutes to get to her and back home and she said nothing she could do. I am attaching pictures of these bad wings. Stay away. These wings were great several weeks ago but I guess Wingstop is cutting cost and does not care about loyal customer given a batch of c***. I was hoping for a credit but Since it was going to cause me to be very inconvenient then I get nothing. I do not like to write a bad review but I feel very strongly when I get a poor product and no course. I will not be going back. And I advise anyone reading to do the same.

Like all of the other reviews say this place is a joke. My wife went to pickup our order and refused to pay because of how small the wings are. This place will out of business soon.

When I went to pick up my online order I got back to my house & while eating I noticed my wings we're PINK inside. I will not be going back there. I should've read the reviews from this place because I am not alone. The staff really sucked. Will not be coming back to this place ever, they need new a new cook & new staff.

Waited for 30 minutes when there were 5 booths open. Then when we finally ordered food it took about an hour to come. Spent two hours at a dinner restaurant without being able to eat.

We got a to go order of 30 wings. It comes with 3 dressings. We got 2 ranch and 1 blue cheese. Ordered an extra blue cheese for 99 cents but it wasn't in the order. They also forgot to include the order of fried corn. I'm going back this week to get my money back even if it is only 4 or 5 dollars. Sides of small sauces are 99 cents. I didn't like the flavor of the atomic but the mango habanero was ok. The ranch and the blue cheese are really good. The fries were alright but a little skimpy on the cheese. The cashier was pleasant. Ashton, I think.
