The entree salad are fresh, crisp, delicious and huge!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options on the menu, plus the staff is very good at making applicable dishes vegetarian if possible.

I enjoyed a southwest salad at lunch today. The dining room service and management were excellent. However, maybe not the kitchen. Within two hours I felt I had prepped for a colonoscopy. Truffles is one of our favorite places to eat. I hope this does not happen again.
