Hamburgers, fries and sodas are overprice. Wrap hamburgers, ketchup/mustard packages were place on top of our fries. They did not care how they pack the food in bag. Food was too greasy and not cook well done. No hair net for cookers and they uses the same gloves for everything. Very unclean. I should've ask for a refund.

This place has went downhill drastically. I got a burger that was at best ok. The lettuce was gummy, the onions were far from fresh, and the cheese felt waxy. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich that was extremely dry and the cheese was hard. We also ordered Cajun tots and bacon cheese fries. The tots were burnt to a crisp, and the fries were soggy, the bacon looked like it was crispy at some point but now had the texture of a limp noodle. The cheese they used wasn’t the cheese you would expect. Instead it was sliced cheddar and I presumed tossed in a microwave to melt. After scraping off the topping of our sandwiches we were able to force down the food, but the sides were inedible.Avoid this place. You’d get better food for half the price from the place with the Golden Arches.

Wow. Went in for a quick bite - the first time in one of these locations.Employee ignored us at the counter. For several minutes. She was intent on filling orders apparently made online. There was a kiost. We ordered a chili dog. That was it. A single chili dog. She filled mustard bottles, BBQ sauce jug. Finally put the hot dog bun in a toaster.Assembled the dog. Poured liquid cheese she had taken from a LARGE BAG a few minutes before over the dog. I asked for onions - she took her gloved hand and scooped some onions out and deposited them in the middle of my order. Asking for a measly cup of water, we were told it would be$2.17. No.Miserable hot dog. Empty establishment. Enfriendly employee. And an $8+ hot dog.Never again.

A young couple friends of mine and their 11 year old daughter that don’t know the area were two minutes away from this restaurant they wanted some to go food. I called there to make sure it was open as it was stated on their website the girl that answered said yes open till 9pm. This was a few minutes before 8 so I directed my friends there .The girl that answered the phone denied them the service stating that “she had already cleaned the grill “ my friends were borrowing my car don’t know the area don’t speak enough English they were hungry and this happened a few hours before new years !!

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. The atmosphere appears to be ok. However, i can not speak on the food cause I never got any, and after 10+ long minutes of waiting at the register for one of the two employees working behind the counter, one employee after making a shake disappeared in the back and never came out again.The one female that remained out front never acknowledged us, nor ever looked at us. I would have been OK if she just would have said "Sir I'll be with you in just a moment" but nothing so needless to say my wife & I walked out, nev we r to return !!!
DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE!!!!!!!! My husband ordered a burger meal for himself and a milkshake for me. The milkshake actually tasted like chemicals, took one sip and threw it out because not only was it inedible, pretty likely that it was unsafe. My husband took a bite of his burger and there was plastic pieces in the middle of the burger. We threw all of the food out immediately. This is totally unacceptable and unsafe.
